Cellstar: shipping rates, the 14 countries you can choose and how returns work
Cellstar is an Austrian shop from Graz that sells skin care, with creams, beauty sets and the Meno Balance range. It runs on Shopify and is operated by Conversory Development Lab GmbH. We read the shipping page, the payment page and the withdrawal policy on cellstar.at in October 2026. The notes below help readers from outside Austria see what delivery really looks like.
Which countries you can choose
The country selector on the site offers Austria, Germany, Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Slovenia, Spain and the Czech Republic. That is 14 countries, and prices appear in euro for all of them. The United Kingdom and the United States are not offered. The shipping page itself speaks of Austria and Germany and of EU-wide delivery. It does not explain what applies to Norway, which is not in the EU, so check the checkout for duties or extra costs before paying.
Shipping costs
Shipping to Austria and Germany costs 4.90 EUR. Shipping within the rest of the EU costs 8.90 EUR. The shipping page does not name a free-shipping threshold, so do not count on one.

Delivery time
The stated delivery period is a maximum of 7 working days. Nothing is delivered on Saturdays, Sundays or on regional and Austrian public holidays. If you choose prepayment, the shop ships only after your money has arrived. Because of the weather and the shipping needs of some products, an order can be split into several deliveries.
Payment
The payment page describes credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Cartes Bancaires, CartaSi), Klarna invoice, PayPal, eps, Apple Pay, SEPA direct debit and SEPA bank transfer. Klarna invoice gives you 14 days after receiving the goods, and it is available for customers living in the Netherlands, Austria, Germany and Finland. Apple Pay only shows up if you pay from an Apple device.
Returns and withdrawal
You can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. A clear statement by letter, fax or email is enough, sent to Conversory Development Lab GmbH in Graz, and posting the notice before the deadline ends keeps the period intact. The shop refunds your payments, including the cheapest standard delivery, within 14 days of getting your notice and uses the same payment method. You send the goods back within 14 days of the notice. The return costs are yours, which the shipping page says plainly. You are only liable for a loss in value caused by handling that goes beyond checking the goods. Sealed products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons are excluded once the seal is broken, and so are goods made to your own specification.
Using cashback
On the Cellstar page at daily cashback you find the current rate (10.5%) and the offers we found, with the date of the last check. Press the shop button and order as usual. The cashback shows as pending in your free account and becomes confirmed once Cellstar has reported the order. If an item goes back, its share is deducted.
Practical tips
- The shipping fee applies per order, so combine your products into a single basket.
- Open a sealed product only when you are sure you keep it, because opened hygiene items cannot be returned.
- Finish the order in one visit and pause your ad blocker on the shop.
