Shopping at bugatti: shipping to Germany and Austria, free returns and cashback
bugatti is a fashion label from Herford in Germany, and its own online shop sells clothing for men and women, shoes and accessories. The shop delivers inside Germany and Austria, and the delivery rules differ a little between the two. This guide collects what the shipping policy, the FAQ and the withdrawal terms say, for readers who order from outside Germany as well.
Where bugatti delivers
The shipping policy names Germany and Austria as delivery countries. The FAQ page says delivery is currently possible within Germany, Austria and the Netherlands, so it is worth checking at checkout whether your address is accepted. Orders to a Packstation or post office branch are possible in Germany and Austria. Parcels go with DHL, and to Austria with Austrian Post.
Shipping costs and delivery time
Standard shipping within Germany costs 4,99 euros and express shipping 15,00 euros. To Austria the shipping fee is 6,00 euros. After your order is received, you get a confirmation email once the parcel has left the warehouse. Delivery of items in stock takes 1 to 3 working days.

Returns and refunds
You can send items back within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason. The return is free: use the return label that comes in your parcel, stick it on the outside, and fill in the table with the items you send back. When the return arrives, it is usually processed within 1 to 2 working days. The money goes back to the payment method you used. Sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, such as face masks, are excluded once the seal is removed.
If you get a defective item, send it back with the return label and note the defect on the return form.
Payment
The shop offers credit card, PayPal and purchase on invoice through Klarna. Invoice and card payment are not always available. The shop decides on the contents of the basket, past payment experience, an address check and, where applicable, a credit check. If your preferred method is missing, choose another or ask customer service.
Vouchers at the shop
A discount code or gift card is entered in the cart. Only one voucher can be used per order. If a voucher has a minimum order value, a return is deducted from that value. Vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions and usually work once per customer.
Using cashback
Open the bugatti page at daily cashback, where the current rate (up to 6.5%) is shown. Press the shop button and order as usual. In your free account the cashback shows as open and becomes confirmed once the shop has reported the order. A returned item reduces the cashback for that item.
Tips
- Order sizes you may want to swap in one parcel, because returns are free and come with a label in the box.
- If you use a voucher with a minimum value, keep in mind that a return counts against it.
