Shopping at Bonheur de Lune: shipping by country, delivery and 30-day returns
Bonheur de Lune is a small French online shop founded in 2024 in the Landes. It sells jewellery made from natural stones and stainless steel, stones for lithotherapy, ritual items and home decoration. The shop is French, but its shipping policy covers a long list of countries, so this guide focuses on where it delivers, what shipping costs by country, how long a parcel takes and how the 30-day withdrawal works.
Where Bonheur de Lune delivers
The shipping policy sets three zones. Metropolitan France has its own rate. A group of European and overseas destinations pays a different rate, and the countries of the EU group pay a third one. Beyond the named countries, the terms say products can be delivered worldwide except for countries that do not appear during checkout because of restrictions or excessive cost. Your cart shows which countries are available.
Shipping costs
All amounts are in euros. The policy was revised for 2026 and works like this:
| Destination | Shipping below the free threshold | Free shipping from |
|---|---|---|
| Metropolitan France | 4,99 euros shipping | 29 euros, then free |
| Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Germany, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden | 7 euros shipping | 29 euros, then free |
| UK, Norway, New Zealand, USA, Slovakia, Slovenia, Madagascar, Monaco, Serbia, New Caledonia, Guyana, French Guiana, Australia, Canada, Switzerland and the French overseas territories | 8 euros shipping, customs formalities included | 29 euros, then free |
The overseas territories on the list are Réunion, Martinique, Mayotte, Guadeloupe, Saint Barthélemy, Saint Martin and Saint Pierre and Miquelon. For the destinations in the third row the 8 euros already includes customs formalities and additional fees.
Delivery times and customs
The shipping page gives 3 to 5 working days within France and about 10 working days outside France, up to 30 working days if the parcel travels by boat. The terms set a maximum of 15 working days for metropolitan France and 30 for international orders, counted from the day after the order is confirmed. Delivery can take longer after new product launches and in the Christmas period. The carriers are all affiliated with La Poste, and the shop is not responsible for delays or losses caused by La Poste.
Customs duties and import taxes in the destination country are the customer's responsibility according to the terms, although the shop says these fees are included in the shipping charge for the countries named above. Check your own country's import rules before ordering.
Withdrawal and returns
Following French consumer law, you have 30 days from receipt of the order to withdraw. Items must come back new, unworn and unused, in solid protective packaging, with a copy of the invoice and the original warranty. You write to [email protected] with your reasons. Return postage is paid by you, and parcels sent with postage due are not accepted. Returns from abroad can also bring customs fees for you. After the shop receives the parcel it refunds the goods, not the original shipping, within 30 days, to the same payment method you used unless you ask otherwise. A damaged return that was sent in poor packaging is not refunded.
Payment and what the products are
The cart offers express checkout with Shop Pay and PayPal. The shop states that its products are for decorative, collection and personal wellbeing use according to everyone's beliefs. The energy descriptions come from esoteric traditions and lithotherapy, they are not therapeutic claims or a guarantee of results, and they do not replace medical advice.
Using cashback
Open the Bonheur de Lune page at daily cashback, where the current rate (5%) and the current offers are listed with the date they were last checked. Press the shop button there, then fill your basket and pay as usual. In your free account the cashback shows as open and becomes confirmed once Bonheur de Lune has reported the order. A returned item reduces the cashback for it.
Practical tips
- Many baskets land just under 29 euros. Compare the shipping fee with the price of one more item before you pay.
- Keep the packaging and invoice until you are sure you keep the order, because both are needed for a return.
- Finish the order in one visit and pause your ad blocker on the shop, since either can break the click.
- Keep other voucher or cashback sites closed while you shop, as a later click can replace the first one.
As of October 2026. The shop can change its terms, so confirm the details at checkout.
