Where winebasket.com ships
The shop answers the question directly: it does not ship out of the country. Baskets go to addresses in the United States, nationwide via Ground and Express delivery, plus local van delivery in northern New Jersey. If you live in the UK or elsewhere, you can still send a gift to a US address, but you cannot have it delivered to your own door abroad. Prices are in US dollars.
Some destinations have limits. Because of state law, alcohol cannot be shipped to Arizona, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Mississippi, North Dakota, Tennessee or Utah. Fruit baskets do not go to California, and the shop cannot deliver to PO boxes. Alaska and Hawaii can only be served by Express.
Shipping costs and delivery time
The cost depends on the delivery option you choose. The shop points you to the shipping tab on each product page for current rates. A range of baskets in the free shipping categories includes free ground shipping within the US.
Ground transit times vary because everything leaves New Jersey, and the shop publishes a transit map. Ground and Express trucks pick up on every business day. You choose the delivery date on a calendar at checkout, and the shop ships the same day for orders received before 3 pm Eastern on weekdays when the chosen date requires it. From May to October baskets with chocolate or fresh cheese that need more than two calendar days on the ground are sent Express, which carries an additional charge.

Signatures and age limit
Anyone ordering or receiving a basket with alcohol must be 21 or older, and an adult has to sign for it. The driver leaves a note after a missed delivery and makes three attempts on three separate days. After that the parcel waits in the local warehouse for about 2 to 10 days before it returns to the shop. If you are unsure that someone will be home, the shop suggests a work address.
Returns, damage and the guarantee
You can return a gift arrangement within 21 days of receipt, in its original packaging and in good condition. Call customer service first. The shop credits, exchanges or refunds the total order less shipping and handling each way. Personalised items and baskets with perishable fresh fruit and cheese cannot be returned, but they are replaced if they arrive damaged. If a basket arrives damaged or you are not satisfied, contact the shop within 14 days of receipt for a replacement or refund. Gifts are insured against loss and damage in transit at no extra cost.
A return caused by a wrong address or by failed alcohol deliveries costs $20 for non-alcohol gifts and $25 for alcohol on Ground shipping, deducted from the refund. For an upgrade to Express shipping the shop names $40 and $45.
Payment
The shop accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, plus PayPal, Venmo, Google Pay and Apple Pay. State sales tax is collected for deliveries to New Jersey, and an alcohol shipping fee applies in New Hampshire.
Using cashback
Open the winebasket.com page at daily cashback, where the current rate (up to 3.5%) and the offers we found are listed with the date they were last checked.
