Direct Running Spain: shipping rates by country, returns and payment
Direct Running sells running and trail shoes, sportswear, hiking gear, equipment and nutrition. The Spanish store at direct-running.es ships to a long list of countries, and the shipping page prints a separate price for each one. That makes it useful if you live outside Spain, because you can see the cost before you build a basket. The aftersales service sits in France, and returns go to a warehouse address there.
Shipping rates by country
The page lists the carrier and the shipping price per destination. A few examples for home delivery: Germany €7.99 with Hermès, Austria €12.99 with DPD, Belgium €7.99 with Post NL, Italy €8.99 with Poste Italiane, the Netherlands €8.49, Portugal €9.99 and Ireland €13.99. The shop prices Switzerland at €19.06 with FedEx, the United Kingdom at €21.07 with FedEx and Sweden at €18.54 with PostNord. Within Spain, CTT Express shipping costs €8.99, and the Canary Islands are excluded.
Many smaller markets such as Albania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Serbia and Turkey are listed at a shipping price of €25.99, and Liechtenstein at €26.48. If your country does not appear in the table, ask customer service before you order.
Pickup points and express
For several countries you can pick a collection point instead of home delivery. Germany offers DHL pickup at €8.49 shipping, Austria DPD pickup at €11.49 and Belgium bpost pickup at €7.49. To collect a parcel you bring ID and the tracking number from the email, and someone else can collect with a signed letter and both IDs. In mainland France the shop also offers Chronopost express with next-day delivery for orders placed before 15:00 from Monday to Thursday.
How long delivery takes
The order deadline is 15:00 Paris time. The shop says it needs 1 to 2 working days to process an order and that delivery takes 2 to 6 working days. The exact time for each item and size appears on the product page under the add-to-basket button and changes when you pick another size. Heavy or bulky items can add extra shipping costs, which the checkout shows in the delivery step.
Returns and refunds
You have 30 days from receipt to start a return, through the returns area or from your order history. Items must be unworn, unused and in their original packaging with tags. Personalised products, for example shirts with a name, cannot be returned. Return shipping is paid by you; if an item is defective and customer service validates it, the shop provides a prepaid label. Once a return is accepted you have 15 days to send the parcel back to SPACEFOOT SAS in Montlouis-sur-Loire, France.
The refund goes back to your original payment method within 14 days of the shop learning of your decision, though it may wait until the goods arrive. You can choose a voucher instead, valid 12 months. The shop does not swap sizes: you return the item and place a new order.

Payment
The payment page lists bank transfer (from €300), bank card, Apple Pay and PayPal, including PayPal in three instalments without interest. Available methods depend on your billing country, and checkout shows the exact list.
Using cashback
Open the Direct Running page at daily cashback, where the current rate is up to 2.5% and the offers are listed with the date they were last checked. Press the shop button, then order as usual. In your free account the cashback first shows as pending and becomes confirmed once the shop has reported the order. A returned item reduces the amount for that item.
Practical tips
- Check the size chart first, because return shipping is on you.
- Check the delivery time on the product page for your size before you order.
- Finish the order in one visit with the ad blocker off, and close other cashback sites so the click is not replaced.
Carrier prices and conditions can change, so the checkout is the final word.
