Daily Bikers: delivery, pickup points, returns and cashback
Daily Bikers sells motorcycle and scooter gear: helmets, clothing for men and women, racing and offroad equipment, luggage and workshop supplies. The shop at daily-bikers.nl is in Dutch and belongs to the same French company as the cycling shop Velo-Store, which is why delivery and return rules look alike. This guide walks through the rules from the order to the refund.
Order and dispatch
The latest order time for processing is 15:00 Paris time. After that, the shop needs 1 to 2 working days to prepare the parcel and then 2 to 6 working days to deliver it. For every article the product page states a delivery time below the basket button, and it changes when you select another size. Heavy or bulky items such as luggage can cost extra to deliver. Your basket shows that before you pay.
What delivery costs
Daily Bikers prices delivery per country and per carrier, in euros. For German-speaking buyers: Germany costs €7.99 shipping with Hermès or €8.49 shipping to a DHL pickup point, Austria €12.99 shipping with DPD, and Switzerland €19.06 shipping with FedEx. The Netherlands is €8.49 shipping with Post NL, Belgium €7.99 and France from €6.49 shipping to a pickup point. The United Kingdom is €21.07 shipping with FedEx, Sweden €18.54 and Ireland €13.99. Smaller destinations such as Croatia, Serbia or Turkey are priced at €25.99 shipping.
Many countries offer delivery to a pickup point, usually in a local shop. You choose it while selecting the delivery method. Expect the parcel at the pickup point rather than your door, and take ID for collection if the carrier asks. For tracking, the shop links the carrier pages, for instance Chronopost.
How a return works
The return window is 30 days from the day you receive the order. Go to the return area from your account's order history or the link on the shop. There you enter the name and first name used in the billing address, the order date and number, the reason, and the products to send back. You also confirm that the items are in their original packaging with labels and have never been worn or used. Personalised products cannot go back.

If the parcel arrives damaged, contact customer service quickly and attach photos of the article, the parcel and the shipping label. The shop answers within 48 working hours once your request is complete. You can take the refund on your original payment method or as credit on your account, valid for 12 months. The credit can still be paid out to your original payment method on request while it is valid, but not after you have used part of it.
Payment, warranty and contact
The shop lists bank transfer, iDEAL, bank card, Apple Pay and PayPal, and the basket shows which ones apply in your billing country.
