Buying from Clever Fox: where it ships, returns and cashback
Clever Fox sells planners, journals, log books and stickers, and its customers are mostly in North America and the UK. If you live somewhere else, the first question is whether the shop will deliver to you at all. Where Clever Fox delivers
The shop ships to three countries: the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. It says plainly that it does not ship to the European Union and that other territories cannot be selected at all. It mentions that it is working on routes to Australia and other markets people ask for, but there is no date. Prices are shown in US dollars.
For readers in Europe the shop points to its products on the Amazon EU stores, or to Amazon US with Amazon Global Shipping where that is offered. That is a different checkout with different rules, and it is not covered here.
Shipping cost and delivery time
The banner on every page says free shipping and free returns for the US, Canada and the UK. Orders are shipped from storage facilities in these countries, and the shop names Amazon as its fulfilment partner, so the parcel leaves an Amazon fulfilment centre.

- Hawaii and Alaska: usually 5 to 14 days, and up to 15 to 20 days in the holiday season.
- Orders with several products may arrive as separate parcels.
- The shipping address must not be longer than 60 characters.
Returns and the 60-day guarantee
Clever Fox gives a 60-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy, you contact the support team and can choose between a full refund and a replacement. The shop does not describe a return form on the page, so the first step is always a message to [email protected] or the contact page.
An order placed on the home page cannot be cancelled by you in your account. Write to support with the order number, and the team can cancel it as long as it has not shipped yet. If the wrong planner arrives, support sends the correct one.

Open the Clever Fox page at daily cashback to see the current rate (up to 7.5%) and the offers we checked, each with the date of the last check. Press the shop button, then shop and pay as usual. In your free account the cashback shows as open and turns confirmed once Clever Fox has reported the order. A returned item reduces the amount for that item.
Practical tips
- Delivery is free anyway, so there is nothing to gain from padding the basket. Order what you need.
- Check the address length before you pay, since a long address line is the kind of detail that stops a parcel.
- If you live in Hawaii or Alaska, plan for the longer delivery range, especially before Christmas.
