Pneus.fr: comparison, delivery by seller and the 14-day withdrawal
Pneus.fr is the French site of a tyre price comparison. You search for tyres, rims, oils or car accessories, compare what dozens of retailers charge and then order either on the seller's own website or in the Pneus.fr basket. The site is written in French, and the practical details of delivery sit with the seller you choose. This guide explains what is fixed and what changes from offer to offer.
What stays the same for every offer
Three things come from the platform itself. The order process is the same, the cancellation right is the same and the tracking is the same. The seller decides on delivery, price and the payment methods shown next to the offer.
Searching
The tyre selector asks for width, height and diameter. A button for more options opens hidden filters, and the results page can be narrowed down by price, brand, seller, reviews and price category. Rims have their own selector, oils need the area of use and the manufacturer approval, and accessories have a configurator too. You do not have to fill every field, but the more you enter, the better the results. The compare function shows several products together.
Ordering and delivery
After choosing an offer you can follow the link to the seller's website, or add the item to the basket and order at Pneus.fr when the seller is in its marketplace. From then on you deal with the retailer. Delivery options differ by shop. Look at the product detail page to see what shipping costs, and in the basket you find the seller's delivery and payment conditions. Pneus.fr says it does not take on the transport risk. The retailer stays responsible for the whole order, delivery problems included.

Payment
Each offer lists the payment methods the seller accepts. In the Pneus.fr basket you can choose bank transfer, credit card or PayPal and similar online payment services. A transfer order is only processed once the money is confirmed, and the thank you page shows the seller's account and the total. For card payments you move to the seller's payment page and return to Pneus.fr afterwards.
Withdrawal and returns
The conditions of Pneus.fr give you fourteen days to withdraw from the contract without a reason. The days count from the moment you or a person you name receives the goods, or the last part of a split delivery. To speed things up, call or email the sales team first and then follow the return instructions you get, sending the goods back complete with packaging and accessories. The operator is TyresNET GmbH in Munich. The refund comes no later than fourteen days after your notice, with the delivery charges apart from extras for a non-standard delivery, and by the original payment method. The conditions say that the goods are collected and that the return cost is borne by the platform.
Following your order
When you have ordered, you receive a confirmation email with an 8 digit order number. The tracking form then shows the status, the payment date, the carrier and the tracking number.
Cashback
Open the Pneus.fr page at daily cashback, where the current rate (up to 2%) and the offers we check every day are listed. Press the shop button there, then shop and pay as you normally would. In your free account the cashback shows as open and becomes confirmed once Pneus.fr has reported the order. A returned order is deducted from the amount. Take only the offers shown on that page, because a code from another site can cost you the cashback.
