Which ACMER site serves your country

According to a notice on the shop, ACMER split its sales regions on 1 January 2026. The site acmerlaser.com serves the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and other non-European regions. Customers in Europe place new orders on eu.acmerlaser.com. UK customers can order on either site. Existing accounts and points from earlier orders stay reachable on acmerlaser.com.

Where ACMER ships and what it costs

The FAQ lists these shipping areas: the United States (most states), EU member states, the United Kingdom, Mexico, Peru, Colombia, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. US states that are not available yet are Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and the military address regions. If your country is not on the list, the shop asks you to email its support team before you order.

The shipping policy sorts orders by warehouse:

  • US warehouse: United States, FedEx, DHL or USPS, 3 to 7 days, free shipping.
  • Canada warehouse: Canada, 3 to 7 days, free shipping.
  • Europe warehouse: all EU countries from Austria to Sweden, DHL or UPS, 3 to 7 days, free shipping. The United Kingdom is covered by the same line, with free shipping and taxes paid by you.
  • China warehouse: Brazil, Peru, Colombia and Mexico, 15 to 20 days, shipping $180.

The policy adds that shipping is calculated and shown at checkout. Orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days after your confirmation email, and that time comes before the transit days above.

Import taxes and customs

ACMER states that parcels sent to the US or to EU countries are tax-free for you. For every other country outside the EU and the US, you handle customs duties and clearance yourself. That matters for the UK, Canada, Mexico and the rest of the list, so ask support what to expect before you pay.

Returns, service fees and damage

You have 30 days from delivery to start a return. Send an email to support, include the original receipt, and wait for the instructions. Return shipping is paid by you. On top of that the shop keeps a service fee based on the order total:

  • US orders: 10 percent of the order total if unopened, 20 percent if opened or used, on top of your return shipping.
  • Orders outside the US: 20 percent if unopened, 30 percent if opened, also with return shipping on your side.

Machines must have been fired fewer than 50 times, and the shop inspects everything it gets back. Materials and filters bought separately cannot go back, and G-code software cannot be returned once dispatched. The XMetal series has stricter rules: once it has been used for welding, cleaning or cutting, it is not returnable unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed. If something arrives damaged, send photos or a video, otherwise the claim counts as buyer's remorse. After the shop receives the parcel, the refund usually takes 3 to 5 working days.

Using cashback
