5FREE NOW cashback guide and tips

You order a taxi from your phone through FREE NOW and see the price before you confirm the ride. The price is shown before you accept the ride, and payment is handled in the app. It suits trips around town where you do not want to wait on the street for a free car.

Look at the displayed price and the pick-up point before confirming, so the driver comes to where you really stand. These offers are verified by us daily, and the up to £2.50 cashback is simply a bonus on top.

How cashback is confirmed: your booking shows as pending in your account. After the trip, FREE NOW confirms it, then the cashback becomes payable according to the offer terms.
