6FAQ
What does EMP sell?
It is run by EMP Mail Order UK and belongs to a larger European network. Membership of the Backstage club is tied to free shipping, and goods go to the United Kingdom.
Is there a EMP voucher?
We check every day. At EMP coupons you can see the current coupons and offers every day.
How does cashback work at EMP?
Create a free account with daily cashback, click through to EMP from this page and order normally. The cashback is credited once the shop approves your order.
Do returns reduce the cashback?
Yes. Cashback is only confirmed for orders the shop keeps. A returned or cancelled order earns nothing.
How long until the cashback from EMP is approved?
The order first appears as open. After EMP approves it, usually once the return window has closed, the amount is released.
Why was my purchase at EMP not recorded?
To be recorded, an order needs a click from our page right before it, cookies switched on and no other price or code site visited in between. If one of these is missing, the shop cannot link the order to your account.
Is the EMP rate always the same?
No. The shop can change it. The current value is up to 3.5% and we update it every day.
Where can I read the delivery and return rules of EMP?
On the website of EMP, in its delivery and returns section. We only inform about the shop and do not sell anything ourselves.
How do I get the best EMP price today?
Use our Best Way to Save calculator above. By combining eligible store discounts or promo codes with our estimated cashback reward, you can calculate your effective cost before buying.
Can I use a EMP coupon with cashback?
This depends on the coupon. Coupons listed as eligible on this page can be used alongside the cashback offer. Using an unlisted promotional code may affect cashback tracking or eligibility.
How much cashback can I earn at EMP?
Cashback rates are based on the current affiliate partner agreement. The applicable percentage or fixed amount for each category is displayed in our rates table above.
When is my EMP cashback tracked?
Your cashback transaction is normally added to your account after the purchase has been registered by the affiliate tracking system.
When does EMP cashback become payable?
Cashback becomes payable after the merchant and affiliate network have reviewed and approved the transaction, according to the applicable offer terms.
Does EMP cashback work for existing customers?
Eligibility depends on the current EMP cashback offer. Some offers may distinguish between new customers, existing customers, renewals or upgrades. Please check the eligibility conditions shown above before purchasing.
Does cancelling my EMP order affect cashback?
Yes. If a purchase is refunded, cancelled or charged back, the associated cashback may be declined or reversed according to the applicable cashback terms.
What happens if I return or refund my EMP purchase?
Merchants only approve cashback for valid, completed sales. Any refunded order results in a declined or reversed cashback status.
