Shopping at Zizzz: free shipping to the EU and Switzerland, returns and cashback

· 2026-09-27

Zizzz is a sleepwear and bedding brand that began with baby sleeping bags in 2012 and now also sells wool duvets, pillows, bed linen and pyjamas made from organic cotton and Swisswool. The company, Zizzz Sarl, is based in Lancy near Geneva, and the shop runs separate versions for Germany, the EU and Switzerland. This guide covers delivery, shipping costs and the 30-day return rules as the shop describes them in German.

Where Zizzz delivers

The shipping page talks about two delivery zones: Switzerland and the EU countries. In Switzerland the shop works with the Swiss postal service. For EU countries it uses a warehouse in Baden-Wuerttemberg, which hands parcels to well-known carriers such as DHL, TNT and MRW. At the top of the site you can choose between Zizzz DE, Zizzz EU and Zizzz CH-en, so pick the version that matches your delivery address. Addresses in the UK, the US or other countries are not mentioned on the page; ask the shop before you order.

Shipping costs and delivery times

The shop states that all goods ship free of charge within the EU and Switzerland, and the banner at the top of the site repeats "Gratisversand". Delivery times depend on the country:

  • Switzerland: two to three working days
  • Germany: two to three working days
  • All other EU countries: four to six working days

The shop adds that these times are guidelines only.

Returns and refunds

If you are not satisfied, you can send a product back within 30 days, as long as it is not damaged. The money returns by the original payment route. The return costs depend on who you are: customers without an account who are not newsletter subscribers pay the return shipping themselves unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect. Registered customers in Switzerland and Germany may send their orders back free of charge, and so may newsletter subscribers, who ask for a return slip by email. These terms apply only to products bought directly on the Zizzz website.

There are two ways to start a return. With a customer account you open "Meine Rücksendungen" (My returns), choose the order and press the blue "Rücksendung" button. Without an account you use the shop's return form: enter your order number, the surname from the billing address and your email or address. In both cases you tick the product, attach pictures, explain the problem and state the reason and the solution you want. The status of the request can be followed on the same page. If the online process gives you trouble, you can email customer service. Return rules differ slightly by country, so the shop asks you to write to it for exact instructions.

Using cashback

Open the Zizzz page at daily cashback, where the current rate (up to 5%) and the offers are listed with the date they were last checked. Press the shop button, then shop and pay as you normally would. In your free account the cashback first shows as open and becomes confirmed once Zizzz has reported the order. A returned product reduces the amount for that item.

Practical tips

  • Choose the shop version for your country at the top of the site before you fill the basket, so that the version and your delivery address match.
  • Use the trial nights: the banner promises that if you do not sleep better, you can send the product back.
  • Create an account before you order. It makes the online return form quicker and gives you the free return where the shop offers it.
  • Finish the order in one visit and pause your ad blocker on the shop, as either can break the cashback click.
