Delivery in the UK and the Channel Islands

Shipping to other countries
The FAQ says the shop offers international shipping to various countries, with delivery charges and times depending on the destination. The delivery page itself only lists the UK and the Channel Islands, so for any other country the checkout is where you see the price and whether your address is accepted.
Returns and refunds
You have 30 days after receiving an item to request a return. The item must be in the condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and in the case of beauty products unopened with the seals and cellophane intact. Start by emailing the support team, because parcels sent without a prior request are not accepted. The return shipping cost is yours, and the delivery charge you paid at checkout is not refunded unless the item is faulty. Perishable and custom products cannot be returned.
For an exchange, the fastest route is to return the item and place a separate order. Within 14 days you also have a statutory cooling-off right. Once your return has been checked, an approved refund goes to the original payment method within 10 business days. For a faulty, wrong or damaged item, email the team and ask for a Royal Mail Tracked Returns label, and be ready to send photos of the damage.
Payment and order changes
The shop accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. If you want to cancel, email the team within 1 hour of ordering with your name, order number, reason and payment method.
Cashback with The Beauty Store
Open the The Beauty Store page at daily cashback, where the current rate (2%) and the latest offers are listed. Press the shop button and shop as you normally would. In your free account the cashback shows as pending and becomes confirmed once the shop has approved the order. A returned product reduces the cashback for that item. Using a code from another site can cost you the cashback.
Tips
- Choose standard delivery unless you need the parcel within a few days, because the express option costs £2 more.
- Keep seals on until you are sure, since opened beauty products cannot be returned.
