Shopping at Smash-Expert: shipping by country, returns and cashback
Smash-Expert is a specialist shop for tennis, padel, badminton, table tennis and squash, selling shoes, rackets and clothing. Behind the Dutch domain smash-expert.nl stands the French company Spacefoot SAS, with customer service and the return address in France. That explains why the shipping page lists so many countries. The pages on prices and delivery options, returns and refunds, payment methods and the terms of sale are in Dutch. The shop can change them, so check the amounts at checkout.
Which countries Smash-Expert delivers to
The shipping page lists 39 countries and territories with their own rate, among them Germany, Austria and Switzerland, Liechtenstein, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Denmark, Sweden, Ireland, Greece, the United Kingdom and Turkey. The United States is not on the list. France is shown with Corsica separately, and the Spanish prices exclude the Canary Islands.

These are the rates on the shipping page. Heavy or bulky items can trigger extra delivery costs, according to the shop. The basket shows whether your order ships free.
Orders placed before 3 pm Paris time are processed in 1 to 2 working days, and delivery then takes 2 to 6 working days. The exact delivery time is shown per item under the basket button on the product page and changes with the size you select. For pick-up points, choose that option under the delivery method.
Customs and taxes outside the EU
For customers outside the EU the shop states prices without VAT, so local VAT and possibly import duties apply on arrival, and the carrier may add customs handling fees. In the United Kingdom all prices include the British VAT, currently 20 %, as the shop states explicitly in its terms of sale. Switzerland and Liechtenstein count as outside the EU, so plan for an extra amount there.
Returns and refunds
You have 30 days from receipt to register a return, through the shop's return portal or the Return link in your order history. Goods must be in original packaging, with labels, unworn and unused. Personalised items such as flocked shirts or skis with mounted bindings are excluded. You pay the return postage, and it is not refunded. For defective or wrong goods a prepaid label covers it. Once the request is accepted, you have 15 days to send the parcel to the return address in Montlouis-sur-Loire.
The shop offers no direct exchange. You send the item back and order the other size as a new purchase. The refund goes by default to the payment method of the order, within 14 days at the latest. If you prefer, you can choose a store credit, which stays valid for 12 months.
Payment
The payment page names bank transfer, available from €300 of order value, as well as iDEAL, bank card, Apple Pay and PayPal. Which of them appear depends on the country of your billing address, and the checkout shows the choice.
Using cashback
Open the Smash-Expert page at daily cashback, where you find the current rate (up to 2.5%) and the offers we have checked, with the date. Press the shop button, then shop and pay as usual. In your free account the cashback shows as pending and becomes confirmed once Smash-Expert has reported the order. Returns are deducted again.
Practical tips
- From Germany the €7.99 shipping is comparatively low, from Switzerland €19.06 is much higher, so add possible import VAT to your sum.
- Check the shoe size before ordering, because you pay the return yourself.
- Finish the order in one visit and pause your ad blocker, as either can break the click.
- Keep other cashback and voucher sites closed while you shop, because a later click can replace the first one.
