Ordering from Piercingline: shipping to 40 countries, customs, returns and cashback
Piercingline is a German online shop for piercing jewellery: rings, barbells, studs and accessories. The shop is run from Berlin, its pages are in German, and it ships to a long list of countries in Europe and beyond. If you are outside Germany, the first things to check are the shipping price for your country, how long it takes and what happens with customs. The shipping page answers all three.
Countries and shipping prices
Germany, the EU and the rest of the countries on the list are priced in euros, and shipping is free from a basket value of €35 everywhere.
| Destination | Delivery time | Shipping cost | Free shipping |
|---|---|---|---|
| Germany | 1 to 3 days | €3.95 shipping | Free shipping from €35 |
| Other EU countries | 2 to 8 days | €5.95 shipping | Free shipping from €35 |
| Non-EU countries | 2 to 15 days | €5.95 shipping | Free shipping from €35 |
The EU group includes Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, the Czech Republic and Hungary. Carrier, dispatch and express
The shop ships with DHL, as DHL Warenpost or DHL Paket depending on the parcel size, at the same price for you. It usually processes an order within 24 hours, and orders placed by 12:00 on a weekday are sent the same day where possible. You get a tracking number by email. Delivery to a DHL Packstation is possible.
- Express shipping to Germany with DHL costs €29.90, with delivery on the next working day.
- Express shipping to Switzerland with DHL costs €89.00 and takes 1 to 2 working days.
- The Prio+ option in the cart, for €3.99 extra, guarantees that the parcel is handed to the carrier on the day the order arrives (Monday to Friday). The surcharge is not refunded on a return.
Customs outside the EU
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, further costs can arise that the shop is not responsible for, such as bank transfer fees, exchange rate fees or import duties and taxes. These are for you to pay. Returns from Switzerland come with their own customs notes: declare the parcel as a return, fill in the customs declaration fully and keep the proof of postage.
Returns
As a consumer you have 14 days after receiving the order to send goods back, either the whole order or single items, for a refund or an exchange. There is no return slip, so enclose a note or a printout of the invoice or order confirmation, and pack the items safely in the original box if you can. If you return the whole order, the shop also refunds the original shipping cost. Items with an intact hygiene seal can be exchanged. Refunds go back by the payment method of the original order, and the return is processed within 24 hours on working days after it arrives at the shop's address in Berlin.
Payment
The shop accepts PayPal and PayPal Express, Visa, Mastercard and American Express, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay and prepayment by bank transfer. Purchase on invoice through Ratepay needs a billing address in Germany and a credit check.
Cashback with daily cashback
Open the Piercingline page at daily cashback, where the current rate (up to 6%) is shown. Press the shop button there, then fill your cart and pay as you normally would. In your free account the cashback first shows as open and becomes confirmed once Piercingline has reported the order. If you return items, the cashback for them is deducted. A code from another site can replace our click and cost you the cashback. Current offers are listed on the shop page, and we check them daily.
