Memorypur mattresses: free delivery, 100-night trial and returns
Memorypur sells mattresses, bed bases, duvets and fitted sheets online. The shop's French site is run by a company based in Belgium, and its delivery page names three countries: France, Belgium and the Netherlands. The site is in French. Here is what the delivery and returns page says, and what the FAQ adds about the 100-night trial.
Delivery countries and cost
Delivery is free for mainland France (excluding Corsica), Belgium and the Netherlands. The shop does not name other destinations on its delivery page, so orders to the UK, Germany, Austria or Switzerland are not covered by what it publishes. Orders are shipped within 48 hours.
How a delivery works
For mattresses and bed bases, the carrier phones you to arrange an appointment. If something comes up on the planned day, contact the shop quickly so a new date can be set. If a delivery fails, the carrier gets in touch for a second appointment. The courier hands you a delivery note to sign. If the goods are damaged, write precise reservations on that note before you sign, because that is what lets the shop hold the carrier responsible.
The shop also describes a Premium delivery service with a two-hour time slot, a live tracking link, taking away your old mattress through the Eco-mobilier recycling scheme and assembling a new bed base. The page marks Premium delivery as currently unavailable.
The 100-night trial and returns
| Product | Trial period |
|---|---|
| Mattresses | 100 nights |
| Bedding and accessories | 30 nights |
If you are not satisfied, whatever the reason, the shop says it refunds you in full with no extra charge. The simplest way to start is to email customer service and put your order number in the subject line. According to the FAQ, the process runs in three steps: you contact the shop, you send photos of the mattress packed for collection, and a carrier picks it up. The FAQ says the return is free, provided you have suitable packaging. Packaging material such as heavy plastic film for the return is at your cost, and the mattress must be returned in a perfectly clean condition. Someone must be at home for the pick-up. If the appointment is missed and the carrier has to come back, the shop may ask for an extra transport charge.
Refund
After the pick-up you are asked for a copy of your bank details (RIB) to receive the refund. As soon as the mattress reaches the shop, it is refunded as quickly as possible, on average within 24 to 72 hours. If you paid in three or four instalments, the refund can take longer, depending on your contract with the payment provider, whose customer service you should contact with questions.
Contact and showroom
The shop invites you to email via its contact form. The company behind the site is Vouillemin S.A. in Houdeng-Goegnies, Belgium, and the site mentions a showroom in Belgium.
Cashback with Memorypur
Open the Memorypur page at daily cashback, press the shop button and order as usual. The current rate is 2.5%, and your account first shows the purchase as open and later as confirmed. Because a mattress can be returned during the 100 nights, confirmation usually takes a while; a returned item is deducted from the cashback. Current offers are on the same page and we check them every day. A code from another source can cost you the cashback, so close other voucher sites while you shop.
As of October 2026. The shop can change its terms, so check the basket before you pay.
