Where Klaiyi ships from and to
The shipping page states "We proudly ship worldwide". Parcels leave from warehouses in Georgia in the USA or from China. US customers are normally served from the US warehouse by USPS or UPS, unless the item is out of stock there, in which case it ships from China. Orders to other countries ship from China by carriers such as DHL, UPS and TNT. The cart shows your final shipping cost for your address before you pay.
Processing and delivery time
Standard processing takes 3 to 5 business days, Monday to Friday between 10 am and 4 pm Eastern time. Returns, exchanges and cancellations
Check the parcel on arrival. If something is wrong with size, style or colour, or the hair is damaged, email the shop within 15 days and include photos or video. For a simple change of mind with a refund, the shop also asks you to write within 15 days and keeps up to 10% of the order as a restocking fee. Separately, a return without any quality problem for an exchange is possible within 30 days, with return postage paid by you. Hair must come back in factory condition: not washed, conditioned, installed, coloured, bleached or worn, with hang tags attached and the lace not cut. Used or washed hair is not accepted. The refund does not include extra express or standard shipping fees already paid to the carrier.
