Shopping at kfzteile24: shipping countries, returns and cashback
kfzteile24 is a large German online shop for car parts, from brake pads and filters to tyres and accessories. If you order from outside Germany, the shipping table matters more than the product page, so we read the shipping, returns and payment pages on kfzteile24.de in October 2026. The shop can change its terms at any time, so check the cart before you pay.
Delivery countries and shipping costs
The shipping overview lists Germany, Belgium, Denmark, France, the Netherlands, Austria, Italy, Spain and Switzerland. Standard shipping costs 6.90 € in all of these except Switzerland, where the table shows 59.50 €. For a delivery to a German address, shipping is free from an order value of 120 €. For the other countries the table shows the standard fee.
Bulky goods carry a surcharge on top. The shop shows the exact amount per product and gives a guide by product group: 9.90 € for starter batteries, rims, complete wheels, wings, particulate filters and silencers, 19.90 € for tow bars and bumpers, 29.90 € for cardan shafts, 39.90 € for roof boxes, doors and bonnets, and 59.90 € for barrels from 60 litres. The surcharge is multiplied by a factor depending on the destination: once for Germany, twice for Belgium, Denmark, France, the Netherlands and Austria, three times for Italy and Spain and ten times for Switzerland.
Dispatch and delivery time
The shop says that 80 % of the orders placed and paid before 2 pm go out the same day. If the items are in stock, the parcel normally goes to the carrier within 24 hours of payment. The delivery time is shown on each product, and if you order items with different delivery times, the checkout shows the number of parcels and the expected date.
Express shipping adds 14.90 €. It only works for items in stock and for the German mainland. Ordered Monday to Thursday before 3 pm, the parcel arrives the next day. Orders from Thursday 3 pm arrive on Monday, and orders from Friday 3 pm on Tuesday. The shop ships only after payment arrives, so it recommends instant bank transfer, PayPal or card.

Returns and refunds
With a customer account you can send back unused items in their original packaging within 30 days, and return shipping with DHL is free. You fill in the return form, pack the items in their intact original packaging inside a separate box, print the label and drop the parcel at a DHL parcel shop, post office or Packstation. The refund arrives within 14 days of booking, by the payment method you used. The shop asks you not to reverse card or PayPal payments yourself.
Tyres, rims and complete wheels are excluded from this voluntary 30-day right, and batteries and bulky goods cannot go by DHL. For those, contact customer service by email or phone, and the team arranges a pick-up. For defective or installed parts you use the warranty form with photos. The shop also describes a deposit for old parts, which is handled on a separate page.
Payment
The payment page lists advance payment by bank transfer, PayPal, invoice through Riverty with 14 days to pay, credit card with Visa or Mastercard, direct debit through Riverty and PayPal instalments.
Using cashback
Open the kfzteile24 page at daily cashback, where the current rate (up to 2.5%) and the offers we found are listed with the date they were last checked. Press the shop button there, then shop and pay as you normally would. In your free account the cashback shows as open and becomes confirmed once kfzteile24 has reported the order. A returned item reduces the amount for that item.
Practical tips
- If you live in the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Denmark or Austria, the standard shipping fee is the same 6.90 € as in Germany, but there is no free shipping line. Fewer, larger orders usually cost less.
- Check the delivery time and any bulky goods surcharge on the product page before you add it, since both change the total. Parts you return do not count for cashback.
- Keep original packaging intact, because the 30-day return needs unused parts in their box.
