Hug Your Life: delivery from Croatia to the EU, BOX NOW and returns
Hug Your Life is a Croatian brand of dietary supplements, sold in pharmacies and health food shops and through its own webshop at hugyourlife.hr. The shop is based in Zagreb, but it also sends parcels to other EU countries, so it is worth knowing how delivery differs inside and outside Croatia.
Delivery countries
Inside Croatia the shop delivers to the whole country, except some islands. For international orders it uses GLS. The delivery page names these EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary, the Netherlands, Germany, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. Delivery to those countries has a fixed price per country, and the price is shown in the basket at checkout. Local pickup is not offered.

The shop sends on weekdays and emails a tracking number once the parcel is on its way. GLS delivers between 8 and 16 and tells you the planned time by email. If you are not at home, the courier may try a neighbour or leaves a notice so you can arrange a new date.
BOX NOW lockers
With BOX NOW you pick a locker at checkout and receive a code by email or SMS when the parcel arrives. You have 72 hours to collect it, and the lockers are open around the clock. If the parcel is too big for the locker, BOX NOW contacts you to arrange another way.
Returns and complaints
- You can withdraw from a distance purchase within 30 days of delivery without giving a reason.
- For damaged or faulty goods, tell the shop within 30 days, ideally with a photo, at [email protected]. The shop says it resolves a justified claim within 7 days.
- The shop accepts the return of damaged, faulty or wrongly delivered goods at its own cost.
- Opened and used products cannot be returned if they are in good order.
Written complaints can also go by post to Luminus Mod d.o.o., Dankovečka 12, 10000 Zagreb. By phone, the team takes questions and orders on Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 16:00.
Payment
You can pay by cash on delivery, credit card, KEKS Pay or PayPal. Cards accepted are Visa and Mastercard, processed through Stripe.
Using cashback
Open the Hug Your Life page at daily cashback, where the current rate (10%) and the offers we check every day are listed. Press the shop button, then order as usual. In your free account the cashback appears as open and turns confirmed after the shop has reported the order. If you return a product, the cashback for it is deducted.
Order in one visit and keep other cashback or voucher tabs closed, since a later click can replace the first.
