Shopping at HQ-Patronen: shipping by country, delivery and returns
HQ-Patronen is a German online shop for printer ink, toner and office supplies. It is run by Print and More GmbH from Bochum, and returns go to a logistics centre in Uelzen. Countries and shipping costs
HQ-Patronen delivers to Germany, Austria, France, Belgium, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Poland. The shipping table lists a flat price per country for all product types, whether original or compatible cartridges.

Delivery time
The shop promises delivery in 1 to 2 working days for stock items ordered by 4 pm, Monday to Friday. The carrier delivers on Saturdays too. If nobody is home, you can collect the parcel at your post office branch.
Returns and withdrawal
Consumers have fourteen days to withdraw without giving a reason. The period starts when you or someone you name receives the last item. You tell the company in clear words, for example by letter, fax or email, and a sample form exists but is optional. After that you send the goods back within fourteen days to the logistics centre in Uelzen. You pay the direct return cost.
The company refunds all payments, including standard delivery, within fourteen days of receiving your notice. It may hold the money back until the goods arrive or you show proof of dispatch. You owe compensation only for a loss in value caused by handling that went beyond checking the product. The shop also advertises a three year guarantee.
Payment
The payment section describes four ways to pay. With PayPal the order is confirmed at once and stock items ship quickly. On invoice you pay 14 days after purchase, subject to a credit check. Prepayment means a bank transfer after the confirmation email, and the goods stay reserved for up to seven days. Credit cards need 3D Secure, and the card is charged only when the parcel leaves the warehouse.

Using cashback
