Shopping at Best Vet Care: delivery countries, shipping, returns and cashback
Best Vet Care is an online pet pharmacy for flea and tick control, heartworm and worming products, joint and skin care for dogs and cats. Unlike many US pet shops it lists the countries it delivers to, and that list is longer than most. We read the shipping policy and the guarantee page on bestvetcare.com in October 2026. Below you find where the shop sends parcels, what is known about shipping costs and delivery times, and how returns work. The shop can change its terms, so check them again at checkout.
Countries the shop delivers to
The shipping policy names fifteen countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Israel, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Sweden, Switzerland and the United States. The site also has a destination selector with a display currency (USD, EUR, JPY, ILS or KRW). That selector additionally offers South Korea, which is not in the written country list, so ask the shop first if you live there. The shop notes that payments are processed in US dollars, whichever display currency you choose.
Shipping costs
For the USA the policy says shipping is free on orders over $49, while orders under $49 pay $9.95 shipping. Tracked shipping costs $6.49 extra. The policy does not give a separate price for the other countries on the list, so the shipping amount you see at checkout for your address is the one that counts. Tracking details become available 48 to 72 hours after the parcel has been handed over to the carrier.
Dispatch and delivery time
The shop dispatches orders on the day they are placed. Orders that arrive on a weekend or public holiday leave on the next working day. Most orders are delivered within 10 to 15 working days, and during the holiday season it can take longer. If a parcel has not arrived 28 working days after dispatch, the shop offers a refund or a reshipment, unless the address was wrong or incomplete or the carrier can prove delivery. Should the original parcel turn up after you got a refund or a reshipment, the shop wants it back within five days and otherwise charges for it.
Returns, refunds and guarantee
Returns are accepted for unopened products. Call or email customer care within 7 days of delivery and the team explains the return procedure. The guarantee page repeats this: a full refund for unopened products in the original packaging, and a money back guarantee if the order does not arrive in time. Refunds go back to the payment method you used and take 3 to 5 working days to appear.

Practical tips
- Order well before the current pack runs out. Ten to fifteen working days is a long wait for a monthly treatment.
