Shopping at 365Rider: shipping by country, customs, returns from abroad and cashback
365Rider is an online sports shop run from Valencia by TRIGEASPORTS S.L. It sells running, triathlon and cycling gear, from shoes and apparel to watches, nutrition and bike parts. It ships to a long list of countries, but the rules for fees, customs and returns change once you are outside Spain. This guide goes through what the shop's own shipping and return pages say.
Shipping fees and delivery times
For orders over €100, shipping is typically free, except as noted in the shop's shipping table. Shipping is not part of the product price and appears in the basket before you confirm. The table lists countries outside the home market with two methods: standard and express. Express always takes 1 to 3 business days.

The table prints two fees for each method, one under "from 100€" and one under "up to 100€", and the order of the two looks odd next to the rule that shipping is free over €100. The basket shows what you really pay, so use the table to compare destinations and speed rather than as a quote. Germany and Austria do not have their own row, and the basket shows the cost for your address.
Orders placed after 13:00 CET are processed the next business day. If you pay by bank transfer, the delivery period starts when the payment is confirmed. The whole order is dispatched only when all items are available, so do not choose the 24-hour option if one item has a longer delivery time.
VAT and customs
Within the EU and the UK, VAT is included in the displayed prices. For orders shipped outside the EU the shop does not charge VAT or sales tax, but the courier may collect customs fees and import duties in the destination country. The shop recommends asking your local customs office. If a parcel is returned because customs charges were not paid, you are responsible, and postage, return shipping, customs charges and handling fees are deducted from any refund.
Payment
The main payment methods are credit and debit cards, PayPal and Klarna, which splits the payment into three instalments. Apple Pay and Google Pay are supported too. What is available depends on the destination country.
Returns and exchanges from abroad
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. If you return from outside Spain, you arrange and pay for the shipment to the shop in Valencia yourself. The item has to be unused, in perfect condition, with its original box, labels and all components. Request the return from your customer account, print the return form (RMA) once it is approved, and put it or the invoice inside the parcel. Do not stick the courier label directly on the original box, and use a tracked service. After the parcel arrives and passes the check, the refund takes 5 to 15 days depending on your bank.
Unsealed or activated electronics such as watches and GPS devices, wetsuits, and underwear or swimwear cannot be returned. To exchange a size, colour or model from outside Spain, place a new order and return the original at your own expense. Customers in Spain use a returns portal, where the service costs €6.99 and is deducted from the refund, so Spain is not covered here.
Cashback at 365Rider
