GroundLuxe: shipping to the USA and Canada, 60-day returns and cashback
GroundLuxe sells grounding sheets, pillowcases, mats and accessories from a small US team based in Sheridan, Wyoming. Where GroundLuxe delivers
The shipping page answers the international question in one line: the shop currently ships only to the USA and Canada. There is no worldwide option, so customers in the UK, Europe or Australia cannot order from this store. If you live in the US or Canada, the rest of this guide applies to you.
Shipping cost and free shipping
Orders of $49 or more before tax ship for free. Smaller orders pay a flat shipping rate of $5.00. There is no per-region price list and no express upgrade mentioned on the page, so the cost is the same wherever you are inside the two countries.
Processing and delivery times
The warehouse packs orders Monday to Friday and is closed on weekends and major US holidays. An order placed on Friday therefore starts processing on Monday. In the US, carriers are FedEx, USPS or Amazon Logistics, and a P.O. box address goes with USPS. Orders with free shipping arrive 1 to 5 business days after processing, and a tracking number follows by email. For Canada the shop uses an Amazon shipping carrier and says the arrival date depends on that carrier.

Returns and refunds
You have 60 days from the day you order to try the product. The shop suggests using it for about 45 days before you get in touch, because grounding can take a while to notice. To start a return, email [email protected] with your order number or call the number on the page. When a return is needed, the shop emails a label and you drop the parcel at your post office.
Two details matter for the money. First, a shipping cost of $10 in total is deducted from your refund on every return, and the original shipping is not refunded. Second, there are no exchanges, so a different size means a new order. The shop aims to finish processing within 3 business days after the parcel arrives, and the refund can take another 3 to 7 business days to appear at your bank.
A damaged parcel that you are home to receive should be refused so it goes back to the warehouse. If the package says delivered but is missing, check around the house, ask neighbours and wait 3 business days before contacting support.
Using cashback
Open the GroundLuxe page at daily cashback, where the current rate (5%) and the offers are listed with the date they were last checked. Press the shop button, then shop and pay as usual. In your free account the cashback first shows as open and becomes confirmed once the shop has reported the order. A returned item reduces the cashback for that order.
