Svinando wine shop: delivery from Italy, payment, returns and cashback
Svinando is an online wine shop owned by Giordano Vini S.p.A. of Milan, and ships its bottles from a logistics hub in Italy. The site svinando.de is the German-language version, with prices in euros. If you live outside Germany, keep in mind that the pages describe the German market and name no list of delivery countries, so confirm that your address is accepted at checkout.
Where the parcels come from
Every order leaves the logistics hub in Italy. Svinando says it sends more than 2 million parcels a year across Europe, working with local carriers in each country. You need an account to buy, but you may fill the basket first and sign in at the last step. The status mails run from order confirmation to delivery, and a tracking link arrives once the courier has the parcel. It can take a few hours before the status shows up.
Delivery time and cost
Depending on the distance, delivery can take up to about 14 days. That is a ceiling rather than a promise, and the shop blames delays mostly on courier peaks. On the price, the FAQ only says that thanks to its volume it offers low shipping rates and free delivery from fairly low order values. The basket tells you the exact figure.
If nobody is home, the courier tries again the next working day, and then keeps the parcel for a few days for collection. Often you can agree a pick-up point or a new date directly with the courier.

Payment
You can pay by credit card, with the main electronic prepaid methods or cash on delivery. Depending on your country and customer account, bank transfer or postal order are also possible. Card payments run through a partner platform.
Returns and withdrawal
You may withdraw within 14 days, counting from the day you or a person you name takes possession of the goods. You can use the digital withdrawal function in your customer area, write an email, fill in the form on the site, call the free phone number 0800 5893471 or write to the Svinando address in Cherasco, Italy. The shop collects the goods from you without charge. It refunds the purchase price and the original delivery costs within 14 days after your declaration arrives, once the goods are back or you have shown proof that you sent them. If you are unhappy with a purchase in another way, contact customer service and follow the steps. The time a refund needs also depends on your payment method and bank.
Using cashback
Open the Svinando page at daily cashback, where the current rate (3.5%) and the offers we found are listed with the date they were last checked. Press the shop button, then shop and pay as usual. In your free account the cashback shows as pending and becomes confirmed once Svinando has reported the order, normally after the withdrawal period. A returned order reduces the amount.
Practical tips
- Add a few bottles to reach the free delivery value rather than splitting the order in two.
- Give a delivery address where someone can accept wine on working days.
- Keep the order confirmation mail until the cashback is confirmed.
- Close other cashback and voucher sites while you shop, as a later click can replace the first one.
