HostNoc hosting: setup time, 15 day refund rule, support and cashback
HostNoc (hostnoc.com) is a US web hosting company. Its range covers dedicated servers, dedicated gaming servers, 10 Gbps dedicated servers, managed cloud hosting and several VPS lines. Because it sells services rather than parcels, the points that matter are setup time, the money-back rule, support and how to cancel. This guide collects them from the shop's FAQ and terms.
What HostNoc offers
The menu lists Dedicated Servers, Dedicated Gaming Servers, 10 GBPS Dedicated Servers, Managed Cloud Hosting and VPS plans: VPS Server, Windows VPS Hosting, Linux VPS Hosting, SSD VPS Server, Cloud VPS Hosting and Forex VPS Hosting. The terms also refer to shared and reseller hosting accounts. Nothing is shipped, so there is no delivery fee and no customs.
How fast is a server ready?
For dedicated servers the FAQ says: after your order is received and the payment is verified, the team needs about 24 hours to get the server up and running. If you ask for special customisations, setting it up can take up to 3 days.
| Topic | What HostNoc says |
|---|---|
| Server setup | About 24 hours after verified payment, up to 3 days with customisations |
| Money-back period | 15 days, shared and reseller hosting only |
| Support | 24/7 through a ticket in the client portal |
| Volume discount | More than 15 dedicated servers, ask sales |
The 15 day money-back rule
If you cancel within the first 15 days of setting up an account, HostNoc issues a full refund minus setup fees and surcharges, with no questions asked. You request it by submitting a cancellation request in the billing portal. This applies only to shared and reseller hosting accounts. It does not cover dedicated servers, cloud servers or any VPS, nor SSL certificates and add-ons such as extra domains, databases, backups or plan upgrades.
After 15 days the company does not entertain pro-rated refund requests. Accounts terminated for breaking the terms, and accounts with pending dues or overages, are not eligible for a refund. So if you plan to test a VPS or a dedicated server, treat the first payment as final.
Support, backups and managed services
The support team works around the clock. Open a ticket in the client portal and a representative replies. HostNoc sells unmanaged and managed dedicated servers as well as server management services. Backups on site are included for managed dedicated servers only, and unmanaged clients who want onsite or offsite backups have to ask sales. You can reach the team at [email protected], sales at [email protected] or on +1 (737) 381-1165.
Discounts and promotions
Special prices on the site are bound to the dates shown and cannot be used to replace services you already subscribe to. If you do that, you can be billed at the full retail rate. Check the promotion terms at checkout before you rely on a discount.
Using it from outside the United States
HostNoc is run from the United States and its pages are in English. If you live outside the US, ask sales before you order which countries are served, especially about the server location you need. Billing and payment options appear in the order process.
Cashback at HostNoc
Open the HostNoc page at daily cashback, where the current rate (15%) is shown beside the offers we check every day. Press the shop button, then order as you normally would. In your free account the cashback shows as open and becomes confirmed once HostNoc has reported the order. A cancelled or refunded service reduces the cashback for it. Keep other cashback and coupon sites closed while you order, because a later click or a foreign code can cost you the cashback.
