Zdrava-obuv-eshop.cz: delivery in Czechia, size exchange and cashback
Zdrava-obuv-eshop.cz is a Czech online shop for comfort and health footwear from brands such as Prestige, Prisco, Sanofit, Scopri and SunShoes. Where the shop delivers
The shipping page lists shipping costs for Czechia. The same page also says in English that the company ships throughout Europe, but the table of European shipping rates is not visible on the page. Shipping costs in Czechia
Orders delivered within Czechia ship free from 2200 CZK. For orders between 450 and 2199 CZK the shipping fee depends on the carrier:
- DPD to your address: 92 CZK shipping
- PPL to your address: 92 CZK shipping
- Zásilkovna and PPL pick-up point: 92 CZK shipping
- Balíkovna: 110 CZK shipping
From 2200 CZK all of these are free. The pages do not state a delivery time, so read the date shown in the basket.
Payment
You can pay by bank transfer or through the GoPay payment gateway, and both cost nothing extra. Cash on delivery is possible up to 3000 CZK for a fee of 67 CZK, but not with Zásilkovna.
Returns and size exchange
As a consumer you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. The terms say you send the goods back within 14 days after you withdraw, and you pay the return postage. The shop refunds the price including the cheapest shipping option it offered, within 14 days of your withdrawal, and it may hold the payment until the goods arrive. Goods made to your wishes, goods in sealed packaging that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened, and goods irreversibly mixed with others are excluded.
The first size exchange is free. Send the unsuitable size back with the filled in form and the shop sends another size of the same model at its own cost, without a shipping fee. The exchange is possible only for the same model. Returns and exchange requests are processed once a week, normally on Friday, because of the small volume. Do not send return parcels through Zásilkovna, because they are returned to you automatically. The return address is Hala Prologis DC1, entrance C, Syrovice 688, 664 67 Syrovice.
For a complaint about a defect the shop says it resolves it within 30 days of the claim. Questions go to the contact page or the phone number on the site.
