Shopping at Velo-Store: shipping cost by country, delivery, returns and cashback

Velo-Store sells bikes, bike parts and sports gear through country versions of its shop. The German-language version at velo-store-de.de is run by SPACEFOOT SAS from Levallois-Perret near Paris, and it ships to nearly 40 countries. Shipping cost depends on the country and the carrier, so it is worth looking at the table before you order. We read the delivery page, the returns page, the payment page and the help centre in October 2026. Check the cart before you pay, the shop can change its terms.

Delivery countries

The delivery page lists Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Portugal, Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Sweden, Denmark, Ireland, the United Kingdom, Greece, Croatia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Cyprus, Romania, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Turkey, Iceland and several smaller states such as Andorra, Monaco, Liechtenstein, Gibraltar and the Balkan countries. The USA is not on the page we read.

Poland costs 12,11 €, the Czech Republic 10,65 €, Hungary 11,78 €, Denmark 13,38 €, Ireland 13,99 € and Sweden 18,54 €. For many smaller countries the page names 25,99 € in shipping. Heavy or bulky items can add a surcharge, which the checkout calculates in the shipping step.

Delivery time

The order cut-off is 15:00 Paris time. Processing takes 1 to 2 working days and delivery 2 to 6 working days. Each product page shows its own time below the cart button, and it can change with the size you pick. Within mainland France, express orders placed Monday to Thursday before 15:00 arrive the next day. You can have a parcel delivered to a pick-up point, then you need ID and the tracking number.

Returns within 30 days

You have 30 days from receiving the order to start a return, in the return section of your account. Products must be in the original packaging with intact labels, unworn and unused. Personalised products such as flocked jerseys or skis with mounted bindings cannot be returned. Once the request is accepted you have 15 days to send the parcel to the return address in France. The cost of the return is yours, a prepaid label is only provided for defective or non-conforming products after approval. Under the withdrawal right the money, including standard delivery cost, comes back within 14 days, and you can choose a refund to your payment method or a credit that is valid for 12 months.

If your parcel arrives damaged, write to the shop quickly with photos of the item, the package and the shipping label. The shop answers within 48 working hours.

Payment

The payment page lists bank transfer (from 300 €), Klarna (700 € to 10.000 €), bank card, Apple Pay and PayPal with payment in 30 days. Some options depend on the billing country, and the checkout shows what is available to you.

Using cashback

Open the Velo-Store page page at daily cashback, where the current rate (up to 2.5%) and the offers we found are listed with the date we last checked them. Press the shop button there, then order as you normally would. In your free account the cashback first shows as open and becomes confirmed once Velo-Store has reported the order. A returned item reduces the amount for that item.

  • Compare pick-up point and home delivery, the pick-up point is often cheaper.
  • Order from abroad only if the return cost fits, because you pay the postage back to France.
  • Check the delivery time under the cart button after choosing your size.
