Shopping at UntilGone: US delivery, returns and cashback
UntilGone.com is a US deal site that sells a wide mix of products, from clothing and home goods to electronics and pet supplies, usually in limited-time offers. Because stock changes daily, the rules around shipping and returns matter more than for a normal shop. We read the returns page, the terms and conditions and the contact page on untilgone.com in October 2026. The shop can change them, so look again at checkout.
Where UntilGone delivers
The terms say that certain products may only ship to physical addresses within the United States. P.O. boxes, APO and FPO addresses and some states or territories can be excluded, and the checkout shows which ones. Treat UntilGone as a shop for US addresses. If you live elsewhere, a US forwarding address would be your own arrangement and outside what the shop describes.
The page does not print shipping prices or delivery times. Both depend on the product and the address, so the cart is the only place where you can see them. Delivery is also subject to carrier restrictions, and the shop says it is not responsible for what third-party carriers do.
Returns: two different cases
Every return needs an RMA number, which you get from support before you send anything. Returns without one are not credited. The shop separates two situations.
Defective or damaged product. Send your request within 30 calendar days of delivery, with photos of the product, the shipping label and the packaging. The seller covers the return shipping for damaged or defective items and refunds once the goods arrive and are inspected. If the product turns out to be fine, the label cost is deducted from the refund along with a 15 percent restocking fee.
Change of mind. UntilGone usually offers a 30-day change-of-mind return. The request has to be approved within 30 days of delivery, and the item must reach the seller complete, in original packaging and in working condition within 14 days after approval. You pay return shipping unless the shop agrees in writing, original shipping charges are not refunded, and a partial refund is possible depending on condition.

What cannot be returned
- Products marked "All Sales Final" or "Yours to Keep!"
- Junk Boxes and personal care products
- Digital activation codes and licence keys once uploaded to your account
- Items that look used, laundered or come in torn retail packaging
Computers, laptops, tablets and phones must be reset to factory settings before they go back.
Payment and contact
The footer shows Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Klarna. Support is available by live chat from 7am to 7pm Mountain time on weekdays, by email at [email protected] with your order number, or by voicemail. The shop aims to answer by email within 1 business day. You can cancel an order in your account only before it enters processing.
Using cashback
Open the UntilGone page at daily cashback, where the current rate (2.5%) and the offers we found are listed with the date of the last check. Press the shop button, then shop and pay as usual. In your free account the cashback shows as open and becomes confirmed once UntilGone has reported the order. A returned product reduces the amount for that item.
Tips
- Check the product page for "All Sales Final" before you buy a deal, because it overrides the 30-day window.
- Do not open an item unless you plan to keep it, since the shop wants return items unopened and in resalable condition.
- Finish the order in one visit and pause your ad blocker, because either can break the click.
