Buying from TTfone abroad: delivery to the UK and Europe, returns and cashback

· 2026-09-18

TTfone is a UK brand for simple mobile phones with big buttons, flip designs and basic 4G models. The company sits in Waltham Abbey in Essex, but the web shop has a country selector, so people in Europe and beyond can order too. We read the shipping policy, the refund policy and the FAQ on ttfone.com in October 2026. Policies change, so treat this as a guide and check the page at checkout.

Where TTfone delivers

The shop says an order can go to you or to a friend or relative in the UK and to selected countries worldwide. The country selector lists more than 50 countries and regions. Besides the UK it includes Ireland, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Austria, Switzerland, the Nordic countries, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore and several Gulf states. Prices appear in the local currency, for example pounds in the UK, euros in most of Europe and dollars for the US.

Orders to most EU countries ship free of charge from warehouses in France and Spain, and the shop says these parcels do not attract import duties. Orders for the UAE come from a local warehouse in Dubai. Anything delivered outside the EU may carry import duties or local taxes, which the recipient pays. Before dispatch TTfone also checks that a courier serves your address. If none does, it can cancel the order and refund it in full.

Delivery options and timing

For UK customers there are three speeds. Standard delivery is free and takes 4 to 7 working days. Expedited takes 2 to 3 working days and Express 1 to 2 working days, both for an extra fee that is shown at checkout. Rural areas can add up to two working days. An order placed before the cut-off on a weekday goes out the same day. The FAQ names 2pm, the shipping policy 3pm GMT, so aim for the earlier time. You get a confirmation email with tracking details.

Returns and warranty

If you simply change your mind, you must tell TTfone within 14 days of receiving the item. After that you have 30 days from the purchase date to send it back, at your own cost, and the phone has to be as new. EU customers can use the EU withdrawal request page on the shop for the 14-day right. Faulty or damaged items must be reported within 14 calendar days, and the shop then replaces or refunds them and covers reasonable return carriage.

New TTfone phones carry a 1-year service warranty, and the FAQ lists selected models with 2 years from 2026. Open-box or resale deals come with a 30-day return policy and a 3-month warranty. If you bought through a partner platform such as Amazon or eBay, returns go through that platform.

Payment and contact

You can pay by debit or credit card, American Express, PayPal, Google Pay or Apple Pay. Support is available through the chat bubble, by email, or by phone on weekdays from 10am to 4pm UK time.

Using cashback

Open the TTfone page at daily cashback, where the current rate (1.5%) and the offers we found are listed with the date they were last checked. Press the shop button there, then browse and pay as usual. Your free account first shows the cashback as pending and marks it confirmed once TTfone has reported the order, usually after the return period. If you return a phone, that amount is deducted again.

Tips for ordering from abroad

  • Pick your country in the selector before you fill the basket, because the currency and the shipping terms follow it.
  • Outside the EU, ask yourself who pays customs, since the recipient does.
  • Check that the plug and the mobile bands suit your country before buying a phone built in the UK.
  • Keep other cashback or voucher sites closed while you shop, as a later click can replace the first one.
