Tenth Muse: shipping zones, import duties, exchanges and cashback
Tenth Muse is a London brand that sells solid perfume in refillable magnetic compacts, plus sets, balms and gift cards. It ships from the UK to a long list of countries, and the shipping page is organised by four zones: UK, Europe, USA and International. Shipping costs by zone

Import duties
For the Europe and USA zones the page says import duties and tariffs are included in the shipping cost and covered by Tenth Muse, so you pay nothing extra on delivery. For the USA, duties are calculated at checkout. For the International zone the page says the opposite: duties are not included and the shop is not responsible for customs charges that may occur. Returns and faulty items
Tenth Muse does not accept returns for hygiene reasons. If a product arrives damaged, it can offer an exchange within 14 days of receipt, which you request by email at [email protected]. Using cashback
Open the Tenth Muse page at daily cashback, where the current rate (6%) and the latest offers are listed with the date of the last check. Press the shop button and order as usual. In your free account the cashback shows as open and becomes confirmed once Tenth Muse has reported the order. Because returns are limited to damaged goods, an exchange rarely changes the amount, but a refunded item would be deducted.
