Shopping at Spada Roma: shipping, duties, returns and cashback
Spada Roma is an Italian fashion label from Naples with an online shop for dresses, shirts, trousers, knitwear, outerwear, shoes and accessories. The shop advertises shipping worldwide and a 30-day return period. The details behind that matter if you order from outside Italy, because delivery prices, duties and return costs depend on your country. This guide sums them up.
Shipping costs
Shipping inside Italy is free for orders over 90 euros. For other countries there is no fixed price list: the shop calculates the cost at checkout from the destination country, the delivery address and the order details such as weight, volume and value. The final shipping cost is always shown before you pay, so you can compare it with the basket value and walk away if it does not suit you.
Processing and delivery time
Orders are usually prepared within 2 to 5 working days, not counting weekends and holidays. During busy periods, product launches or promotions this can take longer. Delivery times depend on the destination and the delivery method you choose, and the estimate is shown at checkout and in the order confirmation email. Once the parcel is shipped you receive an email with a tracking link, where available.

Duties and taxes outside Italy
For international shipments, duties, import taxes and local charges are paid by the customer unless the checkout says otherwise. Prices on the site include tax. Some items may be subject to shipping restrictions depending on the destination country or the courier's rules, and in that case the options are shown directly at checkout.
Wrong address or failed delivery
Check that the delivery address is complete and correct. If a parcel comes back to the sender because of a wrong or incomplete address, a missed delivery or a refusal, the cost of sending it again falls on you. If the parcel arrives damaged, wet or with tape that does not carry the SPADA logo, accept the delivery with a reservation and tell customer service.
Returns and refunds
You can return any product bought online within 30 days. Items must be in the condition you received them: unworn, undamaged, with all inside labels and tags attached and in the original packaging. Returns without the original labels are not accepted and are sent back at the shop's expense.
The return shipping cost is deducted from your refund: 7 euros for a return within Italy, 15 euros within the EU and 20 euros outside the EU. Duties and customs costs actually paid are deducted as well. A size exchange is possible.
You start a return on the shop's returns page by filling in the form, after which instructions arrive by email. When the return is approved, you get a confirmation email, and the refund follows within 2 to 5 working days, depending on your card issuer. Gift cards bought online cannot be used in the physical stores and are not refundable.
Contact
For shipping questions write to [email protected]. The site comes in Italian and English. Payments are described as secure and encrypted, and the checkout shows the payment methods available for your order.
Using cashback
Open the Spada Roma page at daily cashback first, where the current rate (5%) and the latest offers are listed with the date they were last checked. Press the shop button and order as usual. In your free account the cashback shows as open and turns confirmed once the shop has reported the order. If you send something back, the cashback for it is deducted.
Tips
- Add up the return shipping cost before ordering several sizes, since 15 or 20 euros outside Italy is taken from every refund.
- Keep the tags on until you are sure about the fit.
- Open the checkout far enough to see the shipping cost for your country before you pay.
- Finish the order in one visit and pause your ad blocker, otherwise the cashback click can get lost.
