sigikid delivery abroad: countries, shipping rates and returns explained
sigikid is a toy and baby clothing brand from Mistelbach in Bavaria, known for soft toys, the Beasts range, music boxes and children's fashion. Its online shop sends orders well beyond Germany. We read the shipping and payment page and the withdrawal policy on sigikid.de in October 2026. The notes below are for readers in the UK, the US and elsewhere who want to know where the shop actually delivers.
Where sigikid delivers
The shop lists 26 destinations: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland. The United Kingdom and the United States are not among them. The site footer links to a separate sigikid USA site for American customers, so a US buyer should look there rather than at the German shop.
Shipping rates by zone
Orders within Germany go by DHL and orders to Austria by UPS, both with shipping at 4.95 EUR per order. From 65 EUR in the basket, delivery to Germany and Austria is free. Every other country is shipped by UPS at a rate that depends on the zone:
| Countries | Shipping |
|---|---|
| Czech Republic, Poland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands | 7.00 EUR shipping |
| Denmark, Finland, France, Sweden | 8.50 EUR shipping |
| Greece, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Croatia, Slovenia, Slovakia | 9.80 EUR shipping |
| Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Hungary | 9.90 EUR shipping |
| Switzerland | 12.00 EUR shipping |
The free-shipping threshold of 65 EUR is stated for Germany and Austria only. For the other zones the page names no threshold. European islands such as the Azores or the Canary Islands, and overseas departments, can cost more. In that case the shop writes to you before it ships.
Dispatch and delivery time
sigikid says it normally ships the order on the next working day. Inside Germany DHL delivery usually takes 1 to 3 working days. For other countries the page only says the time depends on the destination and gives no figures, so plan a few extra days. Switzerland is outside the EU, and the page says nothing about customs there, so check what the checkout shows.
Returns and withdrawal
You have 14 days from receiving the goods to withdraw without giving a reason. Send the goods back within 14 days of telling the shop. Refunds, including the standard delivery fee, are due within 14 days and go back to the payment method you used. Return postage is normally yours. The exception is a return from within Germany through the shop's online return service, where sigikid pays and provides a free label. Items made to your personal specification, such as personalised gifts, are excluded from withdrawal.
Payment
The shipping page lists credit card, PayPal, Amazon Pay, prepayment and purchase on invoice.
Using cashback
Open the sigikid page at daily cashback to see the current rate (2.5%) and the offers we found, with the date of the last check. Press the shop button, then order and pay as you normally would. The cashback appears as pending in your free account and becomes confirmed once sigikid has reported the order. A returned item reduces the amount by its share.
Practical tips
- A basket of a soft toy plus one outfit often lands near 65 EUR, which only matters if you ship to Germany or Austria.
- Shipping is per order, so one larger order costs less than several small ones.
- Finish in one visit and pause your ad blocker on the shop to keep the click.
