Shopping at Saunaloft: shipping by country, withdrawal, cashback
Saunaloft is a German specialist retailer for infrared cabins, saunas, barrel saunas, pools and swim spas. These are bulky goods, so the usual parcel rules do not apply. Which countries Saunaloft delivers to
The shipping page gives a price list by country:
- Germany: free shipping
- Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg: 179 euros
- France, Denmark, Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovenia: 249 euros
- Other countries: on request
Switzerland has its own route. Swiss customers can buy on the same conditions through a Swiss partner, MeinEinkauf, where you register first. The details are on a separate page about delivery to Switzerland. These prices are for infrared cabins and saunas. Prices are in euros. The delivery countries listed are all in or next to the EU.
How the delivery works
Cabins, pools and saunas travel as freight forwarding goods, depending on the product with Schenker, Dachser, DHL Cargo or the furniture carrier Hermes. Smaller infrared cabins usually come with Schenker or Hellmann. Delivery is to the kerb, and for items such as swim spas you must provide a crane or forklift for unloading. The basic elements of a cabin or sauna, such as side walls, ceiling, benches and floor, are pre-assembled at the factory and connect with a simple plug system. Custom-made products are an exception. The page does not state a fixed delivery time, so ask the shop before you plan an installation date.
Withdrawal and return costs
Consumers have 14 days to withdraw without giving a reason, counted from receiving the last item. You can write by email, by letter or online. The shop refunds all payments, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your notice. For freight goods the carrier collects the item. You pay the direct return cost, which the shop puts at 90 to 1,500 euros depending on the size, for example 70 to 120 euros for smaller infrared cabins and 600 to 1,500 euros for large pools and swim spas. Custom-made goods and sealed hygiene items that were opened are excluded from withdrawal.
Payment
The shop lists advance payment by transfer, invoice up to 4,000 euros, Amazon Pay, PayPal, Mollie (Apple Pay, credit card), credit card, Klarna direct payment, Klarna invoice and instalments, and EasyCredit instalments. Above 4,000 euros on invoice, contact the shop.

Cashback
Open the Saunaloft page at daily cashback, where the current rate (1.5%) and the offers we found are listed. Press the shop button, then order and pay as usual. In your free account the cashback shows as open first and becomes confirmed once the shop has reported the order, usually after the withdrawal period. If you return an item, the cashback for it is deducted.
Practical tips
- Measure the delivery path and the room before you order. The carrier delivers to the kerb only.
- Think about the return cost in advance, because it can be large for big items.
- Use one discount source at checkout. A code from another site can replace the cashback click.
