Shopping at Nature's Way: shipping, 100-day guarantee and cashback
Nature's Way Europe sells vitamin gummies from Karlsruhe. If you live outside Germany, the first question is whether an order can reach you at all. We read the shipping policy, the FAQ, the payment page and the withdrawal terms on naturesway.de in October 2026. Shops change their rules, so check the checkout before you pay.
Which countries does Nature's Way deliver to?
Only to addresses in Germany. The shipping policy says so in plain words, and the FAQ repeats it for Austria. For anyone who lives elsewhere, the shop points to its listing on Amazon instead. Delivery to a PO box or a Packstation is not possible either, so you need a street address in Germany.
Shipping cost and delivery time
Orders under 49 € cost 4,90 € in shipping. From 49 € upward the shop charges no shipping at all. Parcels go with DHL and usually arrive within 2 to 4 working days. The product page shows the concrete delivery time, and the confirmation email contains a DHL tracking link.
The same threshold applies to subscription orders. If a single delivery of your Sparabo stays under 49 €, the 4,90 € shipping fee is added each time, which is why the shop suggests choosing a set.
The 100-day money-back guarantee
Nature's Way gives you 100 days from the purchase date on the order confirmation. The guarantee covers private customers, works once per household and once per product, and includes tins that were already opened. You file the request in the shop's returns portal, and the money should be back within a few days. Business buyers are excluded.
The legal withdrawal notice uses the same 100 days. Note that you pay the direct cost of sending goods back yourself. Subscription contracts with regular deliveries fall back to the usual 14 days.
Subscription (Sparabo)
The Sparabo gives a permanent 10 % discount on top, and you can cancel, change or pause it at any time in your account. An account is not required, you can also check out as a guest, but then you cannot manage the subscription yourself. All products can be ordered as a subscription.
Payment methods
The shop lists Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Sofort by Klarna, PayPal and Shopify Payments, which covers Visa, Mastercard and Maestro cards. A bank transfer is not offered. For Klarna invoice the payment term is 14 days from dispatch, and invoice, instalments and direct debit require a credit check. If a payment method is missing at checkout, the FAQ suggests checking out as a guest or trying another browser.

Using cashback
Open the Nature's Way page page at daily cashback, where the current rate (7.5%) and the offers we found are listed with the date we last checked them.
