Shipping worldwide

The shop ships worldwide, and shipping is free for you. Every piece travels insured by express with UPS, FedEx or DHL Express, depending on the destination country. Once the jewellery is on its way you receive an email with a tracking number.

The shop counts these periods from the conclusion of the contract and explains that it needs the time to make your piece by hand. If you need it sooner, for a gift for example, write to the shop and it will look for a solution with you. The help page adds that transit takes about 1 to 3 days once the piece is finished, depending on the country.

Customs and import

For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties may apply, and the shop does not pay them. Ask your customs office what your own country charges before you order. The shop's European delivery area covers all EU countries plus Switzerland, Norway and the United Kingdom. The site also has a currency selector.

Returns and exchanges

You can send jewellery back within 14 days without giving a reason. Send an email to [email protected] or fill in the withdrawal form on the site. Ask for an insured return label, which the shop provides at no cost to you. For engagement rings the shop is willing to agree a longer return period case by case.

Custom-made pieces and engraved pieces are excluded from return and exchange. An exchange for another ring size or a different bracelet or chain length is possible, and the shop adjusts ring sizes free of charge. Sending the piece to the shop and back is free in that case.

You can cancel an order at any time by email. A change of item or size is also possible, except for pieces that were already engraved or made to your wishes.

Warranty and repairs

Maren Jewellery grants a 2-year guarantee. It does not cover improper use, repairs by third parties, careless handling, normal wear such as scratches, misuse or accidental damage. The shop repairs its own pieces free of charge, and for third-party pieces it offers an engraving service too.
