Shopping at iscooterglobal.eu: shipping by model, customs, returns, cashback
iscooterglobal.eu is the European web shop of iScooter, selling e-scooters, e-bikes, kids' scooters, walking pads and accessories. It serves a long list of countries, and the delivery price depends on the model and the destination, so it pays to know the rules before you fill the cart. Everything below comes from the shop's shipping policy, return policy and FAQ.
Shipping cost: it depends on model and country
There is no single flat fee. The shipping policy has a table per product group. The examples below show how far the prices spread, and the final amount appears at checkout and is based on the dimensional weight.
| Product group | Shipping cost examples |
|---|---|
| Small e-scooters (i8M, W3, W6, W8, W9, iX3, iX4) | Shipping 25 EUR to NL, AT, FR, BE, LU, ES; 45 EUR to IT, DK, SE, PL and others |
| Large e-scooters (iX7Pro, W12, F7) | Shipping 65 EUR to NL, BE, IT, AT, PL; 80 EUR to DE, FR, ES, DK |
| E-bikes (U1, EB1, EB1S) | Shipping 40 EUR to most EU countries, 60 EUR to Finland and the Baltics, 160 EUR to RO, BG, GR, CH, NO |
| Kids' scooter iK1S | Free shipping in the EU countries listed |
| Walking pad JT31 | Shipping 5 EUR in many countries, 150 EUR to CH and NO |
| Accessories | Free shipping in most EU countries, 15 EUR to Norway, Sweden, Switzerland |
Germany is not named in every table, so the cart is the reliable check for your model. Switzerland and Norway are the most expensive destinations, and the M60, EB5, EB5Max, EB8 and DX5Max cannot currently be delivered there.
Delivery time and customs
Germany, Austria and the Netherlands take 1 to 3 working days. Belgium, Italy, Denmark, France, Spain, Poland, Portugal, Hungary and Czechia take 3 to 5. Sweden, Bulgaria, Croatia, Luxembourg, the Baltic states, Romania, Ireland, Slovakia and Slovenia are listed at 5 to 7, and Finland, Greece, Switzerland and Norway at 7 to 10. Add 0 to 2 working days of processing. Scooters, bikes and walking pads ship from warehouses in Germany, France, Poland and the UK. Accessories are free to deliver and take about 3 to 10 working days, sometimes in a separate parcel.
All shipments leave duty-unpaid. For Norway and Switzerland, the logistics partner pays customs and import tax first, and you reimburse it before final delivery. Scooter deliveries must be signed for, and after three failed attempts the parcel goes back to iScooter.
Returns
New and unused products can be returned within 30 days of delivery. The display must show under ten kilometres, everything from the box must be included, and you email [email protected] within 7 days of receipt. Send the parcel back only with the label the shop provides. Restocking fees apply: 15 percent for an unopened e-scooter, 20 percent for an unopened e-bike or walking pad and 25 percent if opened. Hoverboards and kids' e-scooters are not returnable. For a quality problem within 30 days, the return is free. Shipping fees are not refunded, and a cancelled e-bike order loses an extra 80 EUR in shipping.
Payment and warranty
The homepage offers Klarna and PayPal. The FAQ says a monthly plan of the shop's own is not available. A 12-month manufacturer warranty from the purchase date is stated in the FAQ.
Cashback at iScooter EU
Open the iScooter EU page at daily cashback, where the current rate (up to 3%) is listed. Press the button and then order as usual. In your free account the cashback is first open and turns confirmed after the shop approves the order. Returned items reduce it. A code from another site can cost you the cashback, so use the offers on the shop page.
Practical tips
- Pick the model first and read its row in the shipping table, as the same country can cost 25 or 80 EUR in shipping.
- Do not ride a scooter you may return, because the ten kilometre limit is checked.
- Order helmets and seats with the scooter, though they may arrive separately.
