Shopping at HiBREW: shipping, duties, 16-day returns and cashback
HiBREW makes coffee machines, grinders, milk frothers and accessories, and its own online shop sends them to a long list of countries. Before you order a heavy machine abroad, three things matter: what shipping costs, who pays duties, and what the 16-day return window really allows.
| At a glance | HiBREW |
|---|---|
| Standard shipping | Shipping fee $10 to $90, depending on weight |
| Countries | 76 destinations on the shipping page |
| Return window | 16 days from delivery of the last item |
| Restocking fee | 15% of the refund, return shipping extra |
Where HiBREW delivers
The shipping policy lists 76 countries, among them the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Italy, Spain, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore and the United Arab Emirates. If your country is on that list, the order can go through. For anything else, write to the shop before you pay.
What shipping costs
The shop names one standard shipping rate: $10 to $90, depending on the weight of the product. The exact figure appears once the item is in your basket. Delivery times on the page are for reference only, and the shop gives no guarantee, because weather, the shipping location and customs inspection can all slow a parcel down. It may also change the shipping method to a destination if it considers that more suitable.
Customs and import duties
When goods cross a border, import duties and taxes can apply. The shop does not calculate them and does not pay them: you are the importer of record, and your local customs office can tell you what applies. If the charges stay unpaid, the parcel is held for around three weeks and then goes back to HiBREW. You then get a refund, but the duties and the extra return postage are deducted from it.
Wrong address and cancellations
If the address in your order is wrong, a reprocessed shipment costs an extra $20 with standard shipping or $40 with express. Cancellation only works for items that have not shipped. Once a parcel is on its way, the normal return process applies.
Returns and refunds
You have 16 days to request a return, counted from the day the last item of your order arrives. If the deadline falls on a weekend or public holiday, it moves to the next business day. The item must be unused, in the condition you received it and in its original packaging, and you need a receipt or proof of purchase. You pay the return shipping, and the shop keeps a 15% restocking fee from the refund. The original shipping cost is also deducted. Sale items cannot be refunded, and exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged goods.
Ask for return instructions by email before you ship anything back. For a parcel worth more than $75 the shop suggests a trackable service or insurance, since the risk in transit is yours. The footer also has a Submit withdrawal link with an EU withdrawal form. Refunds go to the original payment method after the shop has received and checked the machine.
Warranty and support
HiBREW honours its warranty only for products bought from an authorized dealer and with a receipt, which includes its own shop. Warranties cannot be transferred, and second-hand sales are not covered. Customers of the official website write to [email protected]. There is also a Warranty Registration page on the site.
Using cashback
Open the HiBREW page at daily cashback for the current rate (5%) and the offers, which we check daily. Press the shop button, then order and pay as usual. In your free account the cashback first shows as open and becomes confirmed once HiBREW has reported the order. A returned item reduces the amount for that item.
Practical tips
- Add up shipping, possible duties and the 15% restocking fee before you order a machine abroad. Together they decide whether a return is realistic.
- Open the box and test the machine soon after delivery, so you still have days left in the 16-day window.
- Keep other voucher and cashback sites closed while you shop, since a later click can replace the first one.
