Shopping at HAVA: US shipping, free shipping limit, returns and cashback
HAVA sells countertop dishwashers (the R01 and R09), a portable washing machine (the T02), refurbished units and accessories. This guide follows the US store at havalab.com, which the page at daily cashback leads to. The store ships from local warehouses in America. The language menu on havalab.com also lists UK, Canada and Europe versions, but the details below come from the US pages on shipping, payments and returns.
Where HAVA ships
HAVA ships to the 48 contiguous states, directly from its local warehouses and without custom fees. It cannot deliver to PO boxes, APO, FPO and DPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other US territories. For buyers outside the United States, the US store is therefore not the right place; use the regional version of the shop that matches your country if it offers one.
Shipping cost and delivery time
Orders of $49 or more within the 48 contiguous states ship free. Smaller orders pay a flat rate of $15 for shipping. Depending on where you live, FedEx or UPS delivers the parcel. In the current busy season, processing can take 3 to 5 business days and shipping adds typically another 3 to 5 business days, with occasional delays possible. You get an email with tracking information once the package ships, and logged-in customers also see it under My Account. If the carrier says delivered but nothing arrived, contact both the carrier and HAVA right away.
You can change the shipping address before the order ships by emailing [email protected]. After shipping a $20 surcharge applies, and once the item is delivered the address can no longer be changed. A parcel returned because it was not collected in time is sent again after it reaches the warehouse, and you pay the cost of the second shipping.

Payment
The shop accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay and PayPal. Shop Pay Installments lets you pay in instalments; the interest rate there is 0 to 36 percent APR, depends on eligibility checks and is provided by loan partners. If a card payment is declined, try another card or a different method such as Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal. The invoice download link comes in the confirmation email.
Returns and cancellations
Any new, unused product can go back up to 30 days after the delivery date. Email [email protected] within 14 days of receipt with the reason, order number, delivery date and, for quality problems, a clear photo or video. HAVA then sends a return label that is valid for 7 days. Send the product in its original packaging, intact and unused. For returns that are not about a defect, a 25% restocking fee applies, plus the shipping cost and any duties or tariffs on your side. Refunds follow within 7 to 10 business days after the product has been received. If you find a lower price or a promotion later, the difference is not refunded.
Orders can be cancelled before they ship, and the shop charges an 8% processing fee on every cancelled order. After shipping, cancelling costs the 25% restocking fee plus shipping and tariffs. A damaged product has to be reported within 7 days of receipt with photos or video.
Using cashback
Open the HAVA page at daily cashback and press the shop button. The current rate (up to 4%) is shown there with the offers we check every day. Then shop as usual. In your free account the cashback appears as open and becomes confirmed after HAVA has reported the order. Because refunds and returns reduce the order, the cashback for returned items is deducted. A code taken from another site can cost you the cashback.
