Shopping at Golden Tree: shipping, 60-day guarantee and cashback
Golden Tree sells food supplements, skin care and nutrition programmes. The German shop at goldentree.de is run by Golden Tree d.o.o. in Slovenia and is written for customers in Germany and Austria. We read the terms and conditions, the withdrawal policy and the VIP club page in October 2026. The shop can change these rules, so check the basket before you pay.
Where Golden Tree delivers
The terms list shipping costs for Germany and Austria. If you are in the UK, the US or another country, ask the shop at [email protected] before you order. Prices are in euros and include VAT, and shipping is added. Collecting the goods yourself is not possible, the shop only sends by post.
Shipping costs
For Germany and Austria the terms state 3.90 € shipping for goods worth under 100 €. From 100 € the shipping is free. The shop's VIP club moves the line for some customers: Silver members, who have spent between 80 € and 149 €, get free shipping from 80 €, and Gold members, who have spent over 150 €, get free shipping on all orders.
Two extras can be added before you pay. The Premium parcel protection costs 1.90 € and means the shop sends a replacement or refunds the price if a parcel is lost or damaged in transit. Premium shipping costs 2.90 € per parcel and gets your order processed on the same or the next working day. The shop says it cannot guarantee faster delivery by the carrier. Returns and the 60-day guarantee
As a consumer you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, by a clear email to [email protected]. The only costs you carry are the direct costs of sending the goods back to the address in Lesce, Slovenia. The shop points out that most products are sealed for health or hygiene reasons. Once you open the security seal, you can no longer withdraw. Payments, including standard shipping, are refunded within 14 days of the notice of withdrawal, using the original payment method.
On top of that, the shop gives a 60-day satisfaction guarantee on all goods except the PK-Powerlady programme. You report your claim within 60 days of delivery and send the remaining product back within 30 days of that notice. The purchase price is refunded, but other costs such as shipping are not. If you used up the whole quantity that one person would use in 60 days, you send back the empty packaging.
Payment
The terms list credit card, PayPal and Klarna. Through Klarna you can pay by invoice with 14 days to pay, in instalments, by instant bank transfer or direct debit, depending on your country. Invoice, instalments and direct debit require a positive credit check.
Using cashback
Open the Golden Tree page at daily cashback, where the current rate (up to 7.5%) and the offers we found are listed with the date they were last checked. Press the shop button there, then shop and pay as you normally would. In your free account the cashback shows as open and becomes confirmed once Golden Tree has reported the order. A returned item reduces the amount for that item.
Practical tips
- If your basket is at 90 €, a small extra product often costs less than the 3.90 € shipping. Items you return do not count for cashback.
- Keep the security seals closed until you are sure, because the 14-day withdrawal ends once a seal is opened. The 60-day guarantee works differently.
- Only one discount code can be used per order, and coupons do not apply to subscriptions.
- Finish the order in one visit and pause your ad blocker on the shop, since either can break the click.
