The shop is run from China and ships from a warehouse on the Chinese mainland. That matters for international buyers, because delivery takes longer and a return means sending the parcel back to China. Where it ships and what it costs
The shop says it can ship all over the world and offers free shipping worldwide. Its FAQ adds one caveat: free shipping is not offered to some countries where the shop cannot guarantee a cheap or reliable delivery service, so the checkout shows whether the free option is available for your address. Returns and refunds

Payment and support
