Bungle Nursery Cribs is an American online shop for nursery furniture: cribs, toddler beds, play mats, mattresses and bedding. Cribs are big, heavy and usually leave a supplier's warehouse directly for your door, so shipping and return terms matter more than the colour. Here is what the shop states, with a focus on buyers outside the continental United States.
Where Bungle delivers
The shop says shipping is always free to US destinations, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. It also states that Canadian orders should allow 1 to 3 weeks for delivery, and in the same paragraph that it does not ship to international destinations. Those two sentences point in different directions, so a buyer in Canada should write to the shop and get the answer in writing before ordering. Everyone else outside the US should assume the shop is not an option, as the shop itself says it does not ship internationally.
How an order travels
Bungle works as a middleman: its suppliers are located in Texas, Florida, Georgia, California, Montana, North Carolina and New York, and furniture ships supplier-direct to you. If the order is in stock and your card is charged, it ships within 2 to 4 business days. Carriers are UPS, FedEx, USPS and, for larger freight, DHL. Heavy items and white glove delivery
For orders over 150 lb. sent as freight, the shop offers a white glove service, with options for how far the delivery goes into the home:

The items are insured from the time they leave the warehouse. The recipient has to open and inspect every box on arrival, take photos of any damage and report it within 5 business days. With freight carriers, inspect on site and note defects on the bill of lading before you sign. Do not refuse a delivery that is not damaged: the shop says refusals can lead to restocking fees, the loss of the product and the roundtrip shipping costs.
Returns and refunds
A return has to be requested within 60 business days from the date of purchase, and you need a Return Authorization number from the shop. The shop does not accept used, previously displayed or assembled merchandise. A 20% restocking fee applies to returned items according to the shop's shipping policy page, so ask for the details before you send anything. There are no cash refunds, only exchange and credit. The shop also states that it does not accept returns because of remorse or looks. Defects and missing parts must be reported within 60 days with photos and a copy of the invoice, and the item must be packed in the original box.
