BLUETTI makes portable power stations, home power backup systems, solar generator kits, expansion batteries and solar panels. The Canadian shop at bluettipower.ca sells to customers in Canada and has its own shipping and refund policies. Since these are large, heavy products, it pays to know what the shop says about delivery, remote regions and the 30-day money-back guarantee before you order.
Where BLUETTI CA delivers
The shipping policy is written for Canada. The shop does not ship to P.O. Box addresses or to APO, FPO or DPO addresses, so you need a regular street address. Returns and the 30-day guarantee
If you are unsatisfied and there is no quality problem, you can ask for a refund within 30 days of purchase. The items must come back complete, unused and in the original package.
