Shopping at Arno Brazil: delivery, returns and cashback
Arno is a Brazilian household appliance brand that belongs to Groupe SEB. Its official online store at arno.com.br sells fans, air fryers, irons, coffee makers and other small appliances, and it also carries Rochedo, Tefal, Clock, Krups and Nescafé Dolce Gusto. Where Arno delivers
The store says it delivers to the whole of Brazil. Treat it as a Brazil-only shop: prices are in Brazilian reais and delivery is within Brazil. Prices are in Brazilian reais. Delivery cost and delivery time

Same-day delivery exists for certain postcodes in São Paulo city if payment is confirmed by 11:00. Orders approved before midnight are dispatched on the next business day. Card approval can take up to 48 hours. Someone must be at home to take the parcel and show an official photo ID. After the first attempt there are two more. If all fail, the goods go back to the logistics operator and the buyer is refunded.
Returns
You have 7 calendar days from receiving the product to use your right of withdrawal. Start with customer service on +55 11 2060-9777 or through the form on the site. The product goes back with the original packaging, all accessories and the invoice, with your details and the reason written on the back. The returned item is inspected by the logistics operator, and only then do the refund periods start. After approval you have 7 business days to choose a full refund, a new product or another product of the same value.
The shipping for the return is paid by Groupe SEB. You receive a postage code by email. If the product does not meet the conditions, it is sent back to you without a refund.

Payment
The home page mentions a 5 percent discount when you pay by Pix, the Brazilian instant payment system, and instalments with a minimum instalment of 50 reais. Pix needs a Brazilian bank account. The checkout shows which payment methods are available.
