Before you order a heavy power station it helps to know where the free shipping ends, how the 30-day money-back guarantee works and what the 18-month warranty covers.
Free shipping and where it applies
The shop offers free shipping on any order. The shipping page then narrows this down: free shipping only applies to the 48 contiguous United States. The shop does not ship to PO boxes or APO addresses. Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other US territories are contacted about their order, because delivery there can mean extra shipping fees or a cancelled order.

Processing and delivery time

Returns, refunds and warranty

The item must be unused, complete with all accessories and in its original packaging, and open-box items are not covered. Return shipping is on you for a change of mind and when the item turns out to work properly. The shop pays it when the product is defective or damaged in transit. If you want to return a used product for reasons other than quality, the shop must agree first, and a depreciation deduction is taken from the refund. Gift cards and downloaded software cannot be returned. The warranty runs 18 months from the date of purchase and covers defects in workmanship and material.
