Shopping at AEKE: shipping to the US, Europe and Canada, returns and cashback
AEKE sells smart home gyms, mainly the K1 and the S1 Pro, plus accessories such as a bench, belt and squat pad. These are large machines, so the delivery rules differ from ordinary parcel shops. Here is what the shop says about countries, delivery times, returns and payment.
Where AEKE delivers
The shipping policy lists a fixed set of destinations: the United States, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Canada and Australia. The shop says it currently ships to North America and the EU. For any other country it asks you to email [email protected] for an estimate. The shop does not deliver to P.O. boxes or to APO, FPO and DPO addresses.

All of these go as LTL freight, which means a freight truck rather than a parcel van. The shop also notes that the shipping fee is calculated from your address when you place the order, and that you pay any taxes yourself. Delivery to Australia takes far longer and costs much more, so check that figure before you commit.
What free delivery includes
Standard delivery means curbside or threshold delivery: the machine is brought to your front door, porch or building entrance. Carrying it upstairs, placing it in a room, unpacking and taking the packaging away are not part of it. If you want the machine in a specific room, AEKE offers an optional paid Room of Choice service. Give the support team your access details before you order.
You get a tracking number by email once the order ships. Check the address before paying, because it cannot be changed after dispatch. If the parcel arrives damaged, write to [email protected] within 7 days and attach photos or a video.
Returns and warranty
AEKE gives a 30 day return window for the K1 and S1 Pro, counted from delivery. You email [email protected] with your order number, the product, the reason and photos of the full packaging. The team reviews the request within two business days. Keep all the original packaging, including the foam, during the trial period.
- Quality problem (defect, device will not power on, visible damage): AEKE pays the return shipping.
- Change of mind or other non-quality reasons: you pay the return shipping, and the refund can be partial if accessories are missing or the product is damaged.
- Refund: back to the original payment method, 7 to 14 business days after AEKE receives and checks the machine.
- Cancelling: possible within 24 hours of payment, but not once the order is packed and handed to the courier.
The K1 comes with a two year warranty and accessories with one year, counted from the day you receive the product.
Payment
The payment page lists Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Affirm, iDeal, TrueMed, Afterpay and Klarna. Instalment options such as Affirm and Klarna appear at checkout when you qualify.
Cashback at AEKE
Open the AEKE page at daily cashback, where the current rate (4%) and the offers are listed, and we check them daily. Press the shop button there, then shop and pay as you normally would. In your free account the cashback shows as pending and becomes confirmed after AEKE has reported the order. A returned machine is deducted from the cashback again. That page is the US store of AEKE, so look there first if your delivery address is outside the US.
Before you order
- Measure the doorway and the room, because the delivery stops at the entrance.
- Keep the packaging for the whole 30 days if you might send it back.
- Close other cashback and voucher sites while you shop, since a later click can replace the first one.
