PrimoLearn: online courses, payment, 30-day refund and certificates
PrimoLearn is an online school for wellness and personal development courses. Subjects include aromatherapy, art therapy, Ayurveda, hypnotherapy, naturopathy, NLP, nutrition and positive psychology. Courses are digital and self-paced, so there is no delivery to plan around. What matters instead is how payment works, how long access lasts, how the exam and certificate run and how to get your money back within the 30 days the shop allows.
How buying works
You pick a course, choose a payment method and pay through the shop's checkout. According to the terms of sale, prices are in US dollars and you can pay by credit card, PayPal or Stripe. The shop may change prices at any time, but it applies the price shown when you ordered. You must be at least 18, or have the agreement of a legal representative.
The course is available as soon as the cart is paid: you can open or download it directly. Other items such as printed certifications are posted to the address you give, and if a parcel comes back because the address was wrong or incomplete, resending is at your expense. Since the core product is digital, the shop has no country list or shipping rates. The only requirement is an internet connection, from a computer, tablet or phone.
Access, exam and certificate
Access is unlimited and for life, and there is no time limit to finish. Each module ends with a quiz that is recommended but not mandatory. At the end there is a multiple-choice exam, and you pass with four out of five answers correct. If you score lower, you can retake it. After passing you print your certificate online. The shop is clear that the certificate is not a diploma. It confirms the level of knowledge you acquired and your effort in the course, and you must complete the whole training and pass the exam to get it. Courses include downloadable PDFs and audio files, and there is a forum for students. The site names IPHM, CMA, Centre of CPD Excellence and ICAHP as accreditation bodies.
Withdrawal and refunds
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to tell PrimoLearn by email that you want to cancel and get your money back. After that period no refund is authorised. The shop presents this as a 30-day guarantee without questions. Once you have contacted customer service, the accounting department handles the refund, and you should allow about 7 working days. The money goes back to the means of payment you used, which is PayPal, Stripe or your bank account. Delays from bank processing are outside the shop's control.

Using cashback
Open the PrimoLearn page at daily cashback, where the current rate (15%) and the current offers are listed with the date they were last checked. Press the shop button there, then choose your course and pay as usual. In your free account the cashback shows as open and becomes confirmed once PrimoLearn has reported the order. If you use the 30-day refund, the cashback for that order is deducted.
Practical tips
- Decide within the first weeks whether the course suits you, because the refund request has to reach customer service within 30 days of purchase.
- Keep your login to yourself. The terms say that giving access to a third party leads to permanent suspension.
- Finish the order in one visit and pause your ad blocker on the shop, since either can break the click.
- Keep other voucher or cashback sites closed while you shop, as a later click can replace the first one.
