Hcalory heaters and fridges: shipping to the US, UK, Europe, returns and cashback
Hcalory sells diesel heaters, engine preheaters and portable car fridges, and it ships from its own shop to several continents. This guide covers who gets free delivery, how long a parcel takes, what happens with customs, and how the return and cashback steps work for a heater or cooler order.
Where Hcalory delivers and what it costs
The shop names five destinations: the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, Europe and New Zealand. Standard shipping is free for orders to the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia and Europe. New Zealand is the exception, with a shipping fee of US$29.99. Whether a product can go to your area only shows once you type the address at checkout.
Processing and delivery time
The shop counts the total delivery time as processing time plus shipping time. Processing takes place within 24 hours on business days. After dispatch, the shop quotes 3 to 7 business days for the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia and Europe, and 7 to 25 business days for New Zealand. A few orders take 15 to 30 business days because an item has to be restocked. The estimate starts on the shipping date, not the order date. If a parcel is late, write to [email protected] and the shop looks at the reason for the delay.
Import taxes and duties
Outside your home market a parcel may pass customs. Hcalory states that you pay any import taxes and duties that are charged on arrival, and it cannot tell you the rates for your country. If you refuse a parcel because of those charges, you carry the cost of sending it back. Ask your local customs office first.

Returns, refunds and warranty
You contact the shop within 30 days of receiving the item. Send an email with your order number and photos or videos, and the service team decides within 2 business days whether the return is accepted. Only then do you get a return address, so do not ship anything back before that. Items have to be unused, in the original packaging and come with proof of purchase, and the parcel should travel with tracking. Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Who pays the postage depends on the reason. If the shop made the mistake, for example a wrong product or a quality problem, you get a full refund. If you simply changed your mind or chose the wrong size or model, you pay the freight. There is no restocking fee. The shop inspects the return within 3 to 5 working days and sends the money to the original payment method within 2 to 3 working days after approval. The first outbound shipping cost is not refunded. Every product also comes with a 12-month standard warranty.
Orders can be cancelled while the parcel has not left the warehouse, with a full refund. After dispatch, cancelling is no longer possible.
Customers in the EU
For buyers in the European Economic Area the shop publishes a separate withdrawal page. It grants 14 calendar days from the day you receive the goods, and you can start the withdrawal in your customer account or with the optional form. Installed heaters and devices filled with fuel after delivery are excluded, and you pay standard return postage.
Payment
Hcalory takes PayPal. Cards are handled through the PayPal gateway, and you do not need a PayPal account for that. Which card options appear depends on the country you choose. For card payments the shop may ask for ID and a copy of the card, showing only the last four digits, before it ships.
Cashback at Hcalory
Open the Hcalory page at daily cashback and press the shop button. The current rate (4%) and the offers we check every day are listed there. Cashback first appears as open in your free account and becomes confirmed after Hcalory has approved the order. If you return an item, the cashback for it is deducted again. The page at daily cashback is the US one, so look at its conditions if your parcel goes elsewhere.
Practical tips
- Enter the full address first, since the cart is the only place that confirms availability for your region.
