Free shipping from the second tyre and the second rim applies only on the German mainland. Deliveries to islands carry the surcharge. If you refuse a parcel or enter a wrong address, the shop charges €24.90 shipping per parcel.

Delivery time

Delivery takes 1 to 5 working days, or 3 to 6 working days with advance payment. Complete wheels take 10 to 14 working days. When the payment is booked by 2pm, the goods are dispatched the same working day. Carriers include DPD, GLS, UPS and Trans-o-flex. In the summer and winter season, carriers can cause delays of up to 10 days, so leave some buffer before you need the tyres.

Payment methods

The shop lists PayPal, PayPal pay later, Sofort, credit card, debit card, advance payment, Giropay, SEPA direct debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Wero. The payment page also describes purchase on invoice with 30 days to pay. The checkout shows which options are available for your basket.

Withdrawal and returns
