WalkingPad Germany: shipping to DE and AT, freight and 30-day withdrawal

· 2026-10-07

WalkingPad makes foldable treadmills, running machines and rowers. The shop at de.walkingpad.com is the German storefront run by Axdia International GmbH in Willich, and it delivers to two countries only. This guide covers shipping, the 30-day withdrawal right and what to expect with bulky freight.

Delivery countries

The shipping policy lists Germany and Austria, and the country menu on the site offers just those two, both priced in euro. The warehouse is in Germany. If you live elsewhere, this storefront is not made for you. The WalkingPad FAQ on the main site refers customers in other countries to the regional WalkingPad website or to local official sales channels.

Shipping cost and delivery time

Shipping inside Germany is free. To Austria the shop charges 19 euro for shipping. Handling takes up to 48 working hours, and transit takes 5 to 10 working days. Large machines travel as freight with DHL two-man handling, while GLS and FedEx are named as other carriers.

Returns and withdrawal

The withdrawal policy gives you 30 days without giving reasons, counted from the day you or a third party you name receives the goods. To withdraw, send a clear statement to Axdia International GmbH by letter or email, or use the online form on the shop's linked withdrawal page. The sample form is optional. Once the shop has your notice it refunds all payments, including the delivery cost of the cheapest standard delivery, within 14 days using the original payment method. It may hold the refund until the goods are back or you prove you sent them. You then have 14 days to return the goods.

The policy splits the return cost by item type. If the goods can normally go by post, the shop pays for the return. For freight items that cannot be posted, you pay the direct return cost, which the policy estimates at about 60 euro per item. The shipping page speaks of a flat 59 euro for returned freight, which is deducted from your refund. You only pay for a loss in value if you handled the goods more than needed to test them. Send them back in the original packaging with all accessories, and do not send them unpaid.

Good to know before you order

The right of withdrawal ends early for sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once the seal has been removed. Refunds use the same payment method you paid with, and you are not charged for the refund itself. The shop also advertises a customer rating of 4.81 out of 5 based on more than 1,000 reviews on its start page. Because machines such as treadmills are heavy, plan a place for the delivery before the freight carrier arrives, and keep the original packaging until you are sure you want to keep the machine.

Contact

The shop lists [email protected] and the postal address Hanns-Martin-Schleyer-Strasse 36-38, 47877 Willich. For withdrawals the policy names [email protected] and the phone number 021548826270. Payment options are shown at checkout, so look there for what is accepted on your order.

Using cashback

Open the WalkingPad page at daily cashback, where the current rate (5%) and the offers we check every day are listed. A page for Austria exists as well: WalkingPad Austria. Press the shop button, then choose your machine and pay as usual. In your free account the cashback shows as open and becomes confirmed once WalkingPad has reported the order, normally after the withdrawal period. A returned order is deducted again. A code from another site can cost you the cashback, so close other voucher tabs before you click.

As of October 2026.
