Tiqets vs Klook: Where to Book Tickets With Cashback?

· 2026-10-12

Tiqets vs Klook: Both are listed with us as shops, so you can collect cashback on either. For fixed dates we recommend Tiqets, because its free cancellation option per ticket is clearly stated, up to 23:59 on the day before your visit. Klook is broader and suits you if you also want transfers, trains or an eSIM in the same account. Status October 2026.

Cashback at both providers

You find both with us: Tiqets at daily cashback and Klook at daily cashback. On every shop page you see the rate for today. We deliberately name no figure here, since rates change and can differ by product type.

How to book tickets with cashback

  1. Choose the attraction and write down the date and the hour. Check both at Tiqets and at Klook.
  2. Start on the shop page of the provider you want to book with, in a new tab. Blockers for ads and price comparisons stay off.
  3. Use the booking button to reach the provider and find the ticket again.
  4. Read the cancellation rule of the individual ticket. At Tiqets you can add free cancellation, at Klook the rule is shown per activity.
  5. Pay without a break. In your free account the booking then shows as awaiting confirmation.
  6. Confirmation follows only after the day of the visit, and with tickets and tours that often takes a while. Then your balance is released.

When cashback is lost

  • You cancel the order and get the amount refunded. Refunded money earns no cashback.
  • You book the same attraction with a provider we do not list, or by another route.
  • You arrive at Tiqets or Klook via a third party's page, so the booking starts elsewhere.
  • A browser extension blocked the redirect.
  • You type in a code the shop page does not list. It can push aside our assignment.

The differences in brief

Cancelling. Tiqets lets you cancel tickets that carry the free cancellation add-on until 23:59 on the day before the visit, either in the app under the Wallet tab or with the manage booking button in the email. Without that option the rule of the partner behind the ticket decides. Klook separates three cases: free cancellation, conditional cancellation and activities with no cancellation. You cancel the free kind yourself under Bookings with Apply for refund, the conditional kind runs through customer support.

Fees. Tiqets says a booking fee can appear in the order overview for certain venues; it pays for payment processing, support all week and charges from suppliers. Klook states it charges no extra handling fees, though your bank may add foreign transaction fees if you pay in another currency. Look at the final amount on both before the last click.

Refund time. At Tiqets the refund goes to your bank after approval; by iDEAL it is usually two working days, by card two to seven. Klook starts the refund within 24 hours of approval, and by card or Apple and Google Pay you wait seven to fourteen business days.

Loyalty currency. Klook has KlookCash, which expires after 365 days, though campaigns can differ. It is a programme run by the provider itself, separate from our cashback. How the two interact, the terms on the shop page and Klook itself will tell you.

Range. Both sell admission, tours and activities. Klook's help also names transfers, train tickets, hotels and eSIM; Tiqets focuses on tickets for museums and attractions.

Before and after booking

For time-slot tickets, check date and time twice. At Tiqets keep the email and the Wallet entry until after the visit, at Klook the voucher under Bookings. If the booking is missing in your account or looks wrong, tell our team the order number.

Codes from the list on the shop page are typed in only when you pay, each with an end date of its own. If you are unsure, leave it out. When a group travels, order all tickets together so the same cancellation rule applies throughout.

Who suits what

Museums and attractions with a fixed date: Tiqets, with free cancellation if plans are still shaky.

Trips with transfer, train and tours from one place: Klook, after checking the rule of each activity.

Cashback collectors: Both through their shop pages; what counts is which ticket you really use.

What we recommend

For tickets with a fixed date we recommend Tiqets through the shop page. Klook is the alternative when its offer fits your trip better, with the same route via the shop page. More on the process: Booking Tiqets tickets, payment and cancellation and the comparison Klook vs GetYourGuide.
